호텔객실크기는 생각보다 크며 전체적인 서비스는 매우 훌륭한편임...하지만 리알토 브릿지나 산마르코 광장등 메인스트립과의 거리가 먼것이 조금 불편함

위치가 아주 좋고 걸어서 유적지가 10분거리 조식도 잘나와요

every locations are with full of people due to famous travel destination...but this hotel gives me comfort and tranquility with respect....

Location was excellent! Right next to the water taxi and easy walk to Rialto and San Marco. Rooms were beautiful and big!

Loved the location and the staff. It was so convenient to the vaporetto stop. We loved it. The only complaint was that the property is old and needs some upkeep (some base boards are loose and there are a couple of cigarette burns on the wallpaper) but overall we were happy with the property.

Included breakfast offered good choice of food and drink.Hotel impeccably clean with very helpful staff!

The rooms are comfortable, the included breakfast was nice. But by far, the best part of this hotel is its location. Our water taxi was able to drop us right off at the hotel's pier, so we didn't have to haul our luggage through the winding cobblestone streets of Venice. And it's very close to the Rialto Bridge as well as other great sights.

Great location!

Positive: The hotel has an absolutely fantastic location – probably the best in all of Venice. It is close to everything, and only about 20 meters from the public boat transport, which is an excellent way to get around the city. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was good. Negative: The hotel shows some wear and tear, and you can tell that certain things are due for replacement. For example, some of the bathtubs/showers, the TV sets, and various items around the rooms. What really made the overall experience worse, however, was the check-out. This is a relatively high price to pay for accommodation, and with such rates I would assume that the staff are already fairly compensated. Yet when the final bill was presented (including minibar, bar purchases, etc.), an automatic 5% service charge had been added to the total accommodation cost – essentially a mandatory tip. This annoyed me enough that I removed the entire amount.

Great location on Grand Canal, easy access to public water taxi and walking distance to some nice dining. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back.

Staff & location were great

Lovely Hotel right on the Grand Canal. Get a room with the canal view, its worth it to get to watch the boats. Delicious breakfast in the garden each day.
