전체 평가 및 리뷰 B&B Hotel Firenze Pitti Palace al Ponte Vecchio

객실이 깔끔했고, 조식이 맛있었습니다. 아쉬운점이 있다면 객실 내 거울이 화장실거울 하나뿐이라, 화장하는 데 약간 불편함이 있었습니다. 하지만 객실크기도 좋고 편안했습니다.

위치 좋습니다. 베키오다리에서 제일 가까워요.

조식먹을때 창문으로 보이는 두오모성당~ 분위기 넘 좋습니다. 그리고 신혼여행이라고 룸도 업그레이드 해주시고, 친철하고 3일동안 호텔 묵었는데 정말 편하게 잘 쉬다갑니다 감사합니다.

위치가 좋고 시설 관리가 잘되어 있습니다. 조식은 종루느는 많지 않았지만 정갈하게 차려졌어요. 뷰가 좋은 호텔

My family had 3 rooms for our visit. One of the rooms was fine, 2 of the rooms had safety issues like bare pipes with raw edges sticking out of the wall over the bidet, and 2 rooms had A/C problems. The staff gave us a fan the 1st night, but it was still 86 degrees. We asked to fix it the next day and they didn't even look at it. They finally moved us to an inferior room in a basement by the janitor closet. It had working AC, but they refused to give any upgrades or compensation for our difficulty. They told me to email customer service, who I emailed twice, but no one has ever replied. Stay at your own risk. You may get a decent room, but there is a lot of variation between the rooms and some are in very poor condition.

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Rooms were clean, and the hotel was located in a perfect area. Lots of shopping, sightseeing and night life.

Great hotel to stay at. Located in the heart of Florence walking distance to all the attractions and places to see. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and basic. Room was clean. A bit of noise from the outside life, but it was ok. The train station is about a 20 min walk. I had no vehicle so unknown about parking. Scoot parking seemed abundant. The staff were multilingual and very friendly. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Overall its a good hotel for the location. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and willing to provided guidance.

Perfect location, great stay, good beds, great breakfast, great staff. I’m a hard to please picky New Yorker. I’d be happy to stay here again. Florence; jewelry is way overpriced, and the food…temper the hype and your expectations. Florentine Steak; if you dine at Peter Lugers, the Palm or Gallaghers you may be disappointed, but for mere mortals very good.

We had a great stay and would go back. The people at the front desk were friendly and the location was close and easily walkable to everything. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good and it had a great view. It wasn’t a super fancy hotel, but just what we needed for our trip.

Incredible location steps from the PonteVecchio! Gorgeous rooftop terrace with incredible views all around - perfect for breakfast in the morning, and siping wine at sunset! Very nice rooms with comfortable beds. The staff are truly wonderful!!! Loved this hotel!!!

Muito bom, hotel extremamente agradavel, com um bom café da manhã, as camas são boas os quartos muito arrumados e limpos, os funcionarios são cordiais.
