Vi valgte stedet blandt andet fordi der var indendørs pool i efterårsferien. Det fungerede godt, og poolen var varm.

Wir sind absolut begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt. Der Service hier ist außergewöhnlich: Das Personal ist freundlich, herzlich und sehr aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war ein Musterbeispiel an Sauberkeit und Komfort, mit bequemen Betten und einem schönen Detail – der zweimal täglichen Zimmerreinigung. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch! Neben dem Buffet konnten wir kostenlos frisch gepressten Saft, individuell zubereitetes Omelett, Spiegelei oder pochiertes Ei bestellen und, was uns besonders freute, den Tag mit einem Prosecco beginnen. ​Das Hotel bietet einen ausgezeichneten SPA-Bereich und kostenlose Aktivitäten wie Yoga sowie Wein- und Ölverkostungen. ​Zur Lage: Das Hotel befindet sich in einem eher abgelegenen Teil der Insel. Der nächstgelegene Strand (15 Minuten Fahrt) hat uns nicht beeindruckt. Wer ein Auto hat, kann jedoch im Umkreis von einer Stunde Fahrt echte Juwelen entdecken – wir waren begeistert von der Stadt Sciacca und dem einsamen Strand zwischen La Pineta und La Solette.

Richtig tolles Hotel an der Westküste Siziliens Schöne Gartenanlage, top Service, große Zimmer und neuer Spa. Der SPA und auch die Behandlungen sind sehr gut. Großes Frühstücksbuffet Restaurant ist ok aber nichts besonderes. Service top, Speisen teilweise nur "ok" Umgebung des Hotel eher weniger schön. Wir haben das Hotel mehrmals in alle Richtungen verlassen, können es aber nicht empfehlen. Sehr schmutzig, schlechte Straßen. Hotel hat einen Strandabschnitt mit Shuttle. Der einzig saubere Zugang zum Meer. Die öffentlichen Strände sind schlimm.

Fantastic hotel and service, staff are very friendly and professional. We had a great stay. We went at end of August 2025. Three minor comments on the property (1) the pool was very cold - too cold for our kids - would be good if there was temperature control (2) a regular shuttle into town would be good, we hired a car but if there was a regular shuttle on an evening it would be better; (3) the beach resort was a long way, I wouldn’t bother with this if I was managing the hotel - it was wasn’t worth the effort and again the shuttle times are extremely limited, would feel trapped down there without a car.

The staff made our stay really good friendly and professional

Pros: The resort is beautiful and the employees are amazing! Incredibly friendly and always smiling, also providing nice suggestions. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. Cons: The private beach is a nice touch, but it doesn’t look nor feel like the beach of a five star resort. It’s good to rent a car if you wish to explore the surroundings, as the nearest city is 10 minutes by car (or hotel shuttle, for which you need a reservation).

Il cibo pessimo , solo la colazione si salvava altrimenti bisognava ordinare fuori menù con cifre astronomiche. Poi anche la reception non è stata corretta a non avvertire che il loro lido di Costanza non fosse utilizzabile , perché l’abbiamo scoperto solo una volta arrivati in hotel nonostante avessimo chiamato pochi giorni prima per sapere gli orari della navetta per il lido

It's an impressive property: elegant but not obstentatious, with huge rooms, sitting areas and bathrooms. The minute we arrived the staff was extremely courteous and professional. Everyone acts and looks happy to work there. No detail went unnoticed. They gave us a nice desert and card to celebrate our anniversary. Our meals were delicious and a massage, was one of the best ever! I would book this again in a heart beat.

The room is soacious and the bed is soooo comfy. The spa is a must visit. Highly recommended hotel.
