시설이 현대적이고 깨끗해서 편안함을 느낄 수 있었다. 주차장도 넓어서 편하게 이용할 수 있었다. 다만 항 주변이어서 시내까지 이동에 조금 불편함이 있었고 주변에 시설이 거의 없어 차가 없으면 불편할 수 있다. 500m정도 떨어진 곳에 비교적 최금에 오픈한 푸드코트가 있어서 저녁을 해결 할 수 있다. 방에서는 와이파이를 사용하기 힘들고 로비에서 사용할 수 있다.

호텔 서비스는 좋음 주변은 낙후지역이라 밤이면 어두운 거리이나 안전에는 크게 문제 없어 보임

Good hotel, but located at the industrial sector of the city - so there's nothing to do in the surroundings. Breakfast was very good, and staff ver helpful. Rooms were good enough, but nothing fancy.

Tæt på togstation så man kunne komme ind til centrum. Et lidt utrygt kvarter i et industriområde. Ok faciliteter på hotellet. Meget lydt på værelset. Gardiner var gennemsigtige så godt vi ikke ville sove længe. Hovedpuderne helt flade og dårlige så man skulle bede om et par stykker mere. Ok hotel til prisen

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and close to the train station (approximately a 6 minute walk). The garden area out front of the hotel was a nice bonus! We were told the area wasn't the best, but we didn't have any issues as female travelers, even in the evenings. We would stay here again.

Very good location for people who is driving. It has parking Close to the airport and Centro. A modern hotel with basic amenities. Clean rooms. Staff is ok. The light in the shower room was broken and staff said they don’t has maintenance guy u til the next day. And we showered in the dark.

The hotel is nice and well maintained. The room was ample size however the shower is a bit odd, it's a shower/tub with a partial wall ( we ended up with a lot of water on the floor). The breakfast was nice with plenty of options. The surrounding area where the hotel is located isn't the best area.

Beautiful, clean hotel to stay at. Staff were friendly and the restaurant at the hotel had great food. Their outdoor space was also was a very enjoyable place to sit and have drinks.

A nice hotel in a rough neighbourhood. The hotel does offer peace of mind in an area of Naples that is not the best. The hotel has a restaurant which provides breakfast (free if selected) and dinner at reasonable prices. The food was not too bad, breakfast was reasonable with a selection of pastries, eggs, bacon, musli and fruit. Wifi is provided, occasionally it would drop out and you would need to log in again everyday. The rooms are not sound proof which was a bit of a let down mainly because you could hear people inside the hotel, outside was fairly quiet as I had a room on the ground floor next to the road. The rooms were spacious and soap and gels and towels are provided, my bathtub/shower leaked a little, but other than that it was good. Aircon is available but only for the summer months; after June 1.

The neighborhood was very dirty but the hotel was lovely.

I was disappointed as i booked this place due to it advertising it having a gym on site and air conditioning. I was told the air conditioning would not work for another month. My room was 26 degrees Celsius which was not comfortable for me to sleep. On arrival they told me there was no gym, they offered a pass to a gym about 10 minutes away. When I arrived they required you bring your own towel (the hotel did not tell me this). Also they advertised an airport shuttle. While they did not have one, they called me a cab. But the can to the hotel was much more money than the one the hotel ordered so I did not appreciate the lack of transparency. The noise carried easily. I could hear loud talking very clearly until 12AM And again at 6AM

It was a great hotel with a few nearby restaurants, about a 20 min walk from the train station and a nearby grocery store for water. We would definately stay there again.

Mooie vernieuwde kamers, alle comfort./grote parking. Zeer gevarieerd ontbijt. Koffiemachine (nescafe) nogal basic. Zeer goede bedden. Op 20 min stappen van de Metro/station

Première déception : si je réserve un hôtel avec une salle de fitness c'est pour pouvoir en profiter. Alors quand on me dit qu'ils ont un partenariat avec une salle de gym à 500 m de l'hôtel.... C'est pas du tout ce à quoi je m'attendais. D'autant que les horaires d'ouverture de la salle ne sont pas adaptées à toutes les personnes dont les plus matinales. Ensuite, la propreté de la chambre n'est pas optimale. L''insonorisation est médiocre. Rares sont les membres du personnel qui sont accueillants. Le room service excellente ideé, sauf quand on vous demande un supplément de 5 € pour ça et qu'une fois encore, les horaires ne sont pas adaptés à tout le monde (dîner à partir de 19h30 en rond service). On ne peut évidemment pas satisfaire tout le monde, nous en sommes bien conscients, mais certaines bases ne sont clairement pas là.

Único ponto negativo não é culpa do hotel. A região é feia e não dá segurança.

Schrecklicher Standort. Sehr suspekte/schmutzige Gegend und etwas weit vom Zentrum. Frühstück ist ok, etwas mehr Auswahl wäre gut. Ist aufjedenfall kein 4-Sterne Hotel, eher 3-Sterne. Zimmer etwas alt und Fenster lassen Kälte rein.
