The hotel has a good condition, though the restroom smelled fishy probably thanks to hard water. The hotel has an air of upscale resort, but the breakfast was quite average. You may be not able to walk to the city center.

Great modern clean hotel with great room service and dining option. I choose this hotel because I had a rental car and most of the options especially near the Old Town had little to no parking. I was easily able to find unpaid parking at the hotel. It also was a 10m drive to Old Town with some low cost parking garages nearby the historical points of interest. I was easily able to park and walk around Old Town to see all of the sites. I had room service back at the hotel for dinner and the food was fantastic.

Um dos piores Hoteis que ja me hospedei na vida! Staff horrível, mal educada e ausente do front desk! O quarto- um verdadeiro desastre! E olhe que escolhi a mais alta categoria do Hotel! Precisam URGENTEMENTE de uma reforma e melhorias! Vamos la: 1. Ar condicionado desativado,que te obriga a abrir janelas pequenas que nao circulam ar externo, por conta do tamanho e do padrao de fechamento da cortina, impedindo a entrada de ar!, 2. O piso do quarto estava sujo, 3. O frigobar além de minusculo estava sujo e liberava um cheiro ruim que impregnava nos itens, 4. As camareiras retiravam a chave do quarto da case, o que levava ao desligamento total do frigobar! 5. O estado da area de banho é deploravel! Sujo, uma das portas emperrada e com as vedacoes caindo! LITERALMENTE! 6. O colchao é super desgastado, a cama balança com o simples ato de sentar-se nela, 7. Edredom nao ha! Apenas uma coberta fina e seca que parece uma toalha velha gigante. (Isto em pleno inverno).

Café da manhã maravilhoso. Cama muito confortável. Cardápio de travesseiros. Tranquilo pra quem está com carro já que tem estacionamento externo gratuito e estacionamento interno pago. Tudo muito limpo e bonito. Amamos!

Check in was easy. Aaron at reception went above and beyond in helping us easily to use the bus to get to the walled city. Parking was free and easy. The hotel is beautiful and our bed was very comfortable

Room was a good size, clean and quiet. Parking was limited outside the hotel but there was parking on the streets nearby. Staff were pleasant and efficient

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was underground and spaces were excellent. Choice and quality of the food was top class.

El desayuno estaba delicioso y había opciones para todos los gustos. Había estacionamiento de paga y también lugares afuera muy accesibles.

Das Hotel ist komfortabel, sauber, perfekt geführt und unterhalten. Cacares ist eine sehenswerte Stadt, vor allem die Altstadt. Es wäre noch schöner, wenn in der Altstadt mehr Menschen wohnen würden und wenn es mehr Läden im mittelalterlichen Stil hätte, d.h. wenn die Altstadt mehr leben würde und nicht nur den musealen Charakter hätte. Erhalten und gepflegt ist die Altstadt vorbildlich. Der Besuch lohnt sich wirklich.

La habitación es amplia, cómoda, siempre limpia. Cama muy cómoda también. El personal siempre es super amable. es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este hotel y sabemos que las próximas veces que viajemos a Cáceres vamos a parar ahí.
