Air Conditioning didn’t work, I reported to Hotel, the staffs said that this is normal, during winter there is no AC, must open window. I opened the window in order for fresh air to circulate but the noise was loud from the street, sleeping was disturbed. Very disappointed

The hotel staff were very helpful.
