I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every guest’s needs were met, providing attentive, friendly, and professional service throughout my stay. The entire property was consistently clean, neat, and well maintained, creating a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The pool area was especially impressive, with the public restrooms nearby kept spotless and well cared for. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant, and they were always quick to respond to any requests or questions. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and attention to detail made this a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place that truly values guest satisfaction and provides outstanding hospitality.

Tiene buena ubicación, no está a pie de playa pero si está junto a la playa osea si pero no, la comida es buena en general, no está muy variado el buffet pero está bien hay algunas especialidades muy buenas que están incluidas en el todo pagado, es un hotel algo viejo pero está decente, las albercas están bien, se ubica a unas calles del malecón y hay muchos comercios alrededor super bien, a 200 metros del embarcadero, en general bien

When I booked the accommodation, it said I was booking a suite. When I arrived, it was just a standard room. We waited until about 5 o’clock to check in. The room was clean, the staff was great, beach view was lovely, the food was good. I just was not impressed with the room because it was not the room that I booked in Hotels.com. Not the room in the picture. For this reason, I do not think I would stay there again or use Hotels.com.I don’t think this is the fault of playa Las Arcos. I believe it is Hotels.com.

This resort was much smaller than I was expecting and am accustomed to, But it still has everything a resort should have. Good buffet, pools, access to the beach.

La ubicación de este hotel sigue siendo su única joya, porque el mantenimiento está en caída libre (En especial el de su elevador cercano a la playa). Es curioso: si reservas por plataforma, el hotel te aplica lo que pareciera un 'castigo' asignándote habitaciones que parecen más un anexo del pasillo que un santuario vacacional. Mi 'balcón' era un desfile constante de carritos de limpieza. Tras tres años de lealtad, me queda claro que aquí el servicio se improvisa. Si buscas una buena locación, ven; si buscas dignidad y un trato que no dependa de las propinas en dólares, hay mejores puertos. Parece que al turista nacional todavía nos ven con el filtro de no vale el esfuerzo.

Fantastic location! All meals were with an ocean view, and spectacular sunset views at every dinner. Walking distance to many places that we wanted see. Clean, older building so the humidity makes it have a certain Mexican odour, but clean. Food was great, service was fantastic. Biggest complain is all the “saved” chairs at the pool but no one in them or in the pool. Even when I asked if I could use one of the 8 chairs, being saved by one person, she said no .

We had a good overall experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, and the location is excellent, right on the beach and close to everything. The staff was definitely one of the highlights of our stay, especially security, the bar staff, and the front desk team, who were all very kind and attentive. However, our main concern was the “all-inclusive” concept. It did not fully meet expectations. Meals were mainly offered in the same restaurant, with limited variety, and the system felt more restricted than a typical all-inclusive experience. Also, only two bottles of water per day were provided, which felt insufficient. Overall, I would rate this hotel as a good option for location and service, but with room for improvement in amenities and the all-inclusive experience.

Clean room insulated so the street noise did not bother us, clean pool, great food 3 x a day and right in front of the beach. It is an older establishment, and it shows BUT the beds were comfortable, rooms cold and a great location. We would stay here again.
