It was great location and clean room. All employees were very kind.

We have many inconveniences during our stay. The AC on the first room didn't work. When we changed to the new room, they didn't keep the credit card on file. But the worst was during breakfast, food was cold a/o salty, omelets took around 15 mins on days that were not crowded. The manager of the restaurant was very repitedly rude to the staff which was an uncomfortable situation to watch. Convenient and clean location.

Avoid this hotel - unclean & dishonest

Great but rooms could use an upgrade and and iron+table. WiFi in my room was not that great for business purposes.

Stains on the sheets in the bed, air conditioning doesn’t work anywhere in the hotel. If it’s winter time, you’re probably OK but if the temperature rises, I would look elsewhere. Breakfast was decent.

Hay cosas qué mejorar. No es un hotel barato; por ello la limpieza debe ser total, el aire acondicionado óptimo, y deberían considerar ser flexibles para recibir un huésped que llega una hora antes del check in. Sobre todo si se va tres horas antes del check out. Detalles!

Hotel muy bien mantenido, céntrico y con personal muy amable

Noise, I was assigned with a connecting room and seriously I heard the most intimate noise from the connected room’s guests. The room was just above a bar and the music was so loud. Asked if I could change room and manager was so rude and unresponsive that I was almost crying. He was very busy receiving a present from someone who was giving him a present for the good job that he did finding a lady a nice room. Previously I asked through Expedia message that I will need a quiet room so … Expedia rate is not awkward for them maybe? Any way is a shame because used to be a nice place .
