The Moment was an easy place to stay at. Parking was plentiful on the street if you need it. Good restaurants nearby. And the location is central to many things in Los Angeles. The room was comfortable, and the staff are very nice.

Loved the hotel, and its easy walking access to the sights people visit to see, and the hotel is located within easy driving to all parts of LA and Burbank, as well as Rte 5. I love modern style and this hotel is very cool indeed.

Modern style, spacious room, easy check in, cool location. Shower gel pump was rigged to minimize usage. No microwave in room. It was a slow Mon night, but rooftop bar was not open or available. I would stay again if the rate is low enough.

The hotel is well tended, clean, and attractive - nicer inside than outside, though outside isn’t too bad. The staff is friendly and attentive. Room was clean, well set up, and the air conditioner worked great. The shower, with two heads and good flow, was perhaps the best part of the room. Only downside was no snacks/drinks available for sale, and charge for parking is a little steep. But it’s convenient to a lot of great attractions and as quiet as one could expect from a place right on Sunset.

We visited some friends who live three blocks from the hotel. The hotel was very well located for our needs.

Hotel staff is very good and free cold water and coffee is a plus and well appreciated. The hotel itself however is not well maintained and there were cracks and broken plasters on walls. Bathroom fixtures were coming out. Overall a good stay but can certainly improve their infrastructure.

Close to a lot of cool restaurants and bars

Bar was always closed and all the furniture is old or brocken. No longer looks like the images they have on the site. My VIP status was never mentioned and didn’t received the perk.

No rooftop bar but the rest was fantastic

Perfect location to walk around Hollywood. The room was a big, very clean. The front desk was very friendly

The most inhospitable arrival. Nobody at reception. After about ten minutes a sullen man came out and didn’t even greet me. Took my card. Told me to get the cart myself and didn’t even stand to guide me to my room leaving me to negotiate my luggage alone (I had a lot). This sullied my stay. The room was dark and a bit worn out but I think if there had been a warm reception I’d have noticed the problems less. A bottle of water in the room would be a nice touch. This is not a boutique hotel. It’s a bit of a dive that looks better in pictures. The staff the next morning was more friendly. I’d never stay here again.

I like that the room was clean. I did not like the A/C unit. I was quite cold when it started and then quite warm after I bundled up and it stoped cooling the room.

The self service cold water and tea/coffee was a really ncie touch. Staff were friendly and accomodating.

Hotel was great, convenient location, clean, surprisingly quiet for Hollywood.
