건물 로비는 돈주고 봐야할 것만 같은 여타 궁전 뺨치구... 객실도 화장실도 고풍스러운게 시대극에 들어온것 같은 늒낌입니다. 위치는 오페라하우스 걸어서 5분정도 거리! 가격대가 있긴 하지만 욕심내서 1.2박정도 해보시길 추천드려요

No where replaces this hotel. It was great. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was kind, helpful and devoted.

So comfortable and nice stay. And will remember this stay.

편안하고 좋았습니다

The hotel feels like a museum that staircase is magnificent. Delicious breakfast and the staff is very friendly at the restaurant & the front. The door man was so sweet and took several pictures of me and my husband. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful location, clean room, great staff, full of history. It was great experience for the 4 nights stay.

The AC did not work properly. And because of the heat wave the power went out.

Our stay at the Hotel Imperial in Vienna was truly memorable. This historic property is filled with old-world elegance and timeless charm, making it feel like stepping back into a grander era. The impeccable service, stunning architecture, and refined atmosphere made it an unforgettable experience. The restaurant can be skipped, but the bar is luxurious, offers excellent service, and is well worth a visit.

Incrível! Amei e recomendo

The hotel property and rooms are absolutely stunning. Everything was perfect from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. We were greeted by friendly doormen and the hotel concierge gave us a tour of the property on the way up to our room. When we checked out the staff helped us with our bags and the concierge was ready to help us with cab accommodations. Absolutely do not miss the breakfast, it was delicious.

The elegance and staff are exceptional, treat you like a special guest

The hotel is beautiful. However, for the price, I’d expect better service. The staff is not ever enthusiastic. Most of our interactions were lukewarm. Not what I expected. One of the sinks was blocked. Other than that, mostly OK stay.

Staff service in all areas except breakfast room was outstanding. Service at breakfast room was standard. Building with 300 years maintains its glamour.
