음식이 맛있고, 전반적으로 가성비가 매우 뛰어납니다. 다만 화장실 바닥 밑으로 물이 조금 차는 점과 작은 벌레가 나타났다는 점에서 감점요인이 있습니다. 직원들이 친절했으며 수영장 등 시설에서 즐기면서 쉬기에는 더할 나위 없이 좋은 선택입니다.

Checkin was the best - fast friendly and great language skills. Room great - exactly like the pictures. Air con good. Pool area great. Bar good value. The only issue was the scrum for the buffet at peak times.

Es gibt ein sehr schönes Unterhaltungsprogramm, was einige Mängel , wie schmutziges und angeschlagenes Geschirr wieder gut macht . Das Zimmerpersonal entwendet persönliche Dinge , bei uns ein kleines Tuch , das leider einen persönlichen Wert hatte. Das Hotel hat stark nachgelassen. Wir kommen nicht mehr wieder .

Les équipes sont sympas, mais chambre vieilles, dommage pour le coffre à 3 euros jour à louer et laisser une caution pour la serviette. Inadmissible pour ce standing. Pas de chaussons et 1 serviette par personne pour douche dans la chambre

Ein toller Urlaub mit buntem Programm. Für Kinder und Erwachsene wird viel geboten, man kann alles mitmachen, oder aber für sich sein. Wenn man möchte kommt man schnell in Kontakt mit anderen. Service war super und super freundlich! Toller Strand fast direkt vor der Tür. Manko: Ich hatte Halbpension und fand die Getränkepreise (1 Glas Wein) beim Abendbrot wirklich übertrieben hoch!

To be honest: want to be a four star hotel but is not. Kids club to less activity and limited age. Restaurant: plates and glasses dirty all days. Good stations waiting time over 10 minutes for omelette. Mini bar 45€ per day and getting just some cokes and Fantas. In total price to value is not fitting. Even Sports you have to pay for. Compared to other big clubs like Robinson I would never go to Iberostar again

Had a wonderful 5 night stay at this hotel. Excellent customer service from all the staff. The front desk staff were always happy to help. Welcome drinks and chocolate were a nice touch upon arrival. There were plenty of food choices to cater for all and quality was very good. Dinner theme was different each night. The room was clean and bright. Air conditioning worked well. Only gripe was the sofa bed was on the soft side to sleep on and the walls are thin, could hear noise from neighbouring rooms. WiFi connection was straightforward and signal is strong enough around the hotel. The app is very useful, contained all the information about the hotel and provides instant breakdown of what you have spent and the invoice. You also get a message on your phone informing you the room is cleaned. Great location, 2 mins from the beach, 15 mins from the airport by taxi, and buses run every 10 mins into Palma Old Town which takes around 25mins. Fun activities and great entertainment were put on by the wonderful animation team. Tennis and Padel courts next to hotel were easy to book. Overall a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Brilliant stay! Everything's just so good here. If I were to be perfectionist, I would only hope that the aricon can be a tiny bit more controllable - it could be either slightly too cold / too warm. Other than that I really enjoy my stay with my mate so much!

Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und lösungsorientiert. Weniger schön war die Kaffeesituation im Frühstücksraum, da würden mehr Maschinen helfen.

Para um hotel da rede iberostar é inadmissível a experiência que tive. Optei por pagar mais caro para ter um hotel com conforto e tranquilidade e só tive dor de cabeça. Primeiramente, chegamos no hotel e na primeira noite identificamos que o ar condicionado do quarto simplesmente nao funcionava. Viajamos em junho, primaveira, temperatura em Mallorca de 35 graus! Acionamos a recepção que informou que não tinha assistência técnica naquela hora e sugeriram emprestar um ventilador. Oi?? Reservo um hotel caríssimo para o ar não funcionar e ter como sugestão um ventilador?? Informei que não atendia e solicitei a troca de quarto e fui informada que não seria possível pois não tinham quartos disponíveis. Mortos da viagem dormimos no calor!! No dia seguinte reforcei com a nova atendente o problema do ar e que teríamos passeios durante o dia e el assegurou que o técnico resolveria o problema fo ar. Novamente não foi resolvido, chegamos no hotel e tivemos que aguardar o técnico tentar resolver, ou seja, mais um dia no calor, presa no quarto com técnico por um problema do hotel não resolvido! Perdemos toda a programação do hotel! O técnico informou que não era possível reparo e tivemos que trocar de quarto! Um transtorno em uma viagem de 3 dias! Perder 2 nessa situação com descaso do hotel! Ao trocar de quarto, nova surpresa! Uma barata!!!!! Ou seja, não recomendo! Caótico, se não quiser se estressar não fiquem jamais nesse hotel! Ao pedir um desconto pelo transtorno informaram que não p

Besonders ist uns ein Kellner in Erinnerung geblieben, der mit seinem Lächeln und seiner guten Laune wirklich eine tolle Stimmung erzeugt hat. Er war immer gut drauf, hat mir den Kindern gespaßt und hatte einfach Bock auf seinen Job! Leider waren die Barleute absolut falsch auf der Position. Sobald man nicht bei den besagten Kellner bestellt hat und einen anderen hatte wurde anstatt dem bestellten Radler immer normales Bier gebracht… und als man dann bemängelte, dass man Radler bestellt hatte, wurde dieses Bier mit Wasser anstatt mit Sprite gesteckt. Schade. Und dann hatten wir beim Check In noch ein unglückliches Erlebnis. Ich habe Verständnis dafür, wenn die Herren an der Rezeption ihr normales Verkaufsprogramm für Nebengeschäfte abspielen. Ich hatte jedoch mehrmals darauf hingewiesen, dass ich nur schnell einchecken möchte, da ich in wenigen Minuten eine Videokonferenz hatte. Nach meiner Info hatte ich das Gefühl, dass der Kollege extra noch langsamer beim Check In war. Ansonsten war das Hotel super! Tolle Animation, schöner Pool, Mega Frühstück.

Very nice hotel, good size, family friendly and very friendly staff. We had the all inclusive offer which was quite good with variety of food snacks and drinks. For a family sun and relaxation trip totally recommend it. It was also close to airport, see side and lots of cool bars and restaurants.
