위치가 너무 좋아요. 진짜 추천합니다. walking distance에 모든지 다 있어서 쉬다 먹고 마시러 나가기 좋아요. 주차비도 괜찮은 편이고 발렛해주셔서 편리합니다.

첫날 체크인 할 때 리셉션에 있던 여직원은 첫인상이 너무 무서웠어요. 가뜩이나 나폴리에서 길 정체로 오래 걸려 피곤하고 늦은 시간이었는데 말투와 표정도 불친절해서 호텔 전체의 첫인상이 별루였습니다 그리고 스위트룸이었는데 쇼파베드에 있었던 침구에서 심한 얼룩이 발견되어 교체를 받았습니다. 그러나 일 처리가 신속했고 교체를 도와주셨던 호텔리어분은 친절하고 상냥했어요. 다음날 조식은 매우 훌륭했고 그 여직원이 사라진 리셉션도 친절하고 훌륭했습니다 오래된 호텔이지만 관리가 잘 되었고 과거 화려하고 유명했던 호텔의 명성이 이해가 되었습니다. 다음 번에 또 쏘렌토를 방문한다고 해도 이 호텔을 적극적으로 고려할 것입니다

귤나무 레몬나무가 어울어진 정원이 참 아름답습니다. 이탈리아치고 주차도 룰륭합니다. 자체 주차장이 있어서 편하게 체크인. 체크아웃 할 수 있습니다. 또 곳곳에 걸린 수채풍경화와 유화가 보는 즐거움을 더해줍니다.

기차역과 가까우나 도로변이라 시끄러고 잠을 잘수 없었고 시설은 낡았으나 비교적 깨끗하였슴 vip우대로 샴페인을 받았고 1시도차했으나 2시이후로 체크인이 가능하였고 객실 업그레이드는 없었슴. 다시숙박할의사는 없슴.

위치도 중심가 근처라서 다니기 편했고, 시설 깔끔하고 인테리어도 고급스러웠습니다, 다만 방 사이즈가 좀 작은게 단점 이었는데, 2개 캐리어를 펼쳐놓기가 버거웠어요~그래도 천장이 높아서 답답하지는 않았어요~어느방을 예약하느냐에 따라 다른거 같아요! 조식도 훌륭하고 직원들도 친절했어요!

3rd visit of Antiche Mura. All staff are kind however the breakfast should be improved.

위치도 찾기 쉽고 직원 분들도 정말 친절하고!! 방도 특가에 예약해서 싸면서 좋은 방에 머물 수 있었서 좋았어요~ 특히 조식 정말 맛있었어요.

La camera era molto bella e soprattutto in una bellissimo posizione, in un magnifico aranceto.

Excellent location at the start of city centre. Great size room with balcony, good breakfast selection, easy access to restaurants, shops & parking. Highly recommended.

Our stay at this hotel was far from pleasant, beginning with a miscommunication about our room preferences. Despite clearly requesting a queen size bed, the staff potentially assuming twin beds would suit our two-person party initially assigned us separate beds, only pushing them together after we reiterated our preference. Upon returning to our room following an exhausting city walk, we were met with a persistent, intermittent odor resembling urine, which we tried to masked with perfume and sleep masks, neither of which allowed for restful sleep. To add to the disruption, our room 107 was directly across from the kitchen, subjecting us to the clanging and banging as breakfast preparations began at 6–7 AM. While we lodged a complaint with management at checkout, who verbally committed to addressing the issues, no follow-up or resolution occurred. Left feeling ignored and undervalued, we cannot recommend this hotel to others.

The room is small and the quality of bedding is not you expected from 4 stars hotel. They don’t offer bottle water or coffee machine in the room. The service at the reception can be better and breakfast is nothing is not impressive at all.

great spread of food for breakfast including sweets and savouries. love the cappucino there - better than most other cafes outside!! convenient location from the central area, train station and the port - though walking uphill/stairs is involved; but not too near that it's too rowdy/noisy
