I’ve stayed here 8 times and each time was better than the last

Had a great time everything was so much fun in this resort a lot of activities do do will definitely be going back.

The property is aesthetically pleasing, and I appreciate the comprehensive amenities provided, negating the need to depart the premises. However, I must highlight a discrepancy: the room allocated did not align with our reservation, as we had specifically requested a king-sized bed but were provided with two double beds. Furthermore, I observed some staining on the flooring and an unsecured electrical outlet. The absence of a microwave in the room was also a notable omission. Considering the price point, I believe a more inclusive offering would have been appropriate.

Dubai Atlantis is a lot better - Hospitality, quality of food etc.

Had a pleasant stay.

Great resort for all families.

Our stay was very disappointing. Check-in was delayed, long lines throughout. No pool towels available all day and every day. Staff were often rude and inpatient. Everywhere was overcrowded. The room itself was clean but the barely any water or water pressure came out of the shower head; making it very difficult to take a decent shower. The pool areas were not well maintained with a lack of chairs and amenities. It’s an enormous property with an enormous amount of visitors but there was only one shower to rinse off after the beach. We do not recommend this hotel.

Overall the property is very nice, unfortunately the restaurant and food choices are highly priced and average quality at best. I don’t think I would choose to eat at any of the restaurants on property if had another choice. The staff are relatively good but not overly interested in helping.

Clean and well maintained

Es gibt viel zu erleben in diesem schönen Hotel. Für mich stimmt jedoch Preis/Leistung nicht mehr. Die Zimmerpreise gehen zwar noch in Ordnung. Richtig teuer wird es aber dann, wenn man etwas essen möchte. Für uns (2 Erwachsene und ein Kind 12J) kostete das Abendessen (Buffet) rund 220 Dollar. Nimmt man dann noch Frühstück, dann kommt man im einem Tag auf zusätzlich 400 Dollar. Die Preise auf der Website sind ohne Tax und ohne verpflichtendes Trinkgeld angegeben.

Love it. The Royal tower bedrooms clean & update. Staff very friendly. Location perfect, beach clean and warm water. We had an amazing time

The staff were very friendly and polite. The room and property were very clean and any issue that we had was immediately addressed. There were many good choices for food and always something to do.

We had a wonderful time here and the kids LOVED IT!

Accommodating pleasant staff!

Only half the slides were open, other than not everything was great lines were long since there were only have the rides open.

Room service was ok. Expected better. Issue with shower was clogged, sink same and a bad odor was persistant.

Property overall was good . Clean and great amenities . That being said everything is extremely expensive . We stayed at the royal . No microwaves or fridges so you have to eat out every single time . Poseidons Table maybe not the best place we ate at $40 per adult and $20 for each child . For a very basic breakfast . And the food wasn’t great . We were unable to stream the movies we purchased for our daughter at night but were kindle reimbursed . And had trouble getting running water on occasions . The hotel gave us a $100 credit which we thought was insufficient . We missed our dinner reservation as a result . The resort is an absolute joy for kids I’ll say . Animals all over , we loved the aquarium , the dolphin key , and the kids water park . Despite being there for 5 days there was so much we didn’t get to do . Place was really big and overwhelming .

The resort was beautiful, very clean and the hotel staff was very attentive. The room was amazing. We loved the hotel and had plenty to do around the resort. My only complaint was the food prices. Food costs were insane. If the quality is there, great! It’s totally worth it if the food was amazing but when it’s a plain turkey sandwich (not even any condiments) and we are scrounging to find something decent in the menu and leave paying over $230 for a family of 5- that is insane. We just had sandwiches that could’ve been made with better quality at home. That being said - Do not bother with Murray’s! I would have left a review for that restaurant directly if I could have found a place to do so: Completely not worth it. Restaurant staff around the resort was either amazing or completely rude and did not seem like they wanted to help or be bothered. There was no middle ground whatsoever. The beautiful scenery was worth it though.
