Perfect location to wine, dine and shop! I had a great pool and ocean view too!

Definitely does not look like the online pics. Room felt moist/humid at all times. Noisey AC. Shower doesn't turn on all the way. Baseboard trim missing in bathroom which looked gross.Elevator is super slow. Rental bikes and chairs are old and expensive to rent. You can see the light bulbs in the TV screen. Good location. Hated the Hilton soliciting when trying to leave on the last day. Pros: Good location. Nice ladies at the tiki bar. Can't believe this has the Hilton brand on it. Checked out a day early .

Staff was very friendly, aside from one lady during breakfast. . Only 1 slow elevator. Carpet was dingy, old and smelly. Room smelled like mildew. Phone jack in room was pulled out of wall so phone only worked when you wiggled the cord. Refrigerator did not work. Left drinks in fridge over night and they still were not cold. Price was too high for so many issues. Hotel needs to be updated.

Felt and looked old.

We loved the location, the view of the Gulf of MEXICO. Loved the Longboard tiki hut for drinks and munchies. A perfect stay.

The room was extremely humid, my papers were all soggy, my clothes stinks, I woke up 3 days in row soaked, the staff did nothing about other than acting as they didn’t care a bit. I went there for an athletic competition and woke up soaking wet with pain in my chest. I told the staff repeatedly about the situation and they told the they were going to change the room, but the message got lost between the staff and they were gaslighting saying that they did not know abut the room change. They told me that maintenance went or room twice but I don’t know if they did, the room was still very humid. I stayed 3 nights and complaint about it everyday, I had to go train and compete so I couldn’t stay there as I were on vacations fixing the situation. Nothing was resolved, the staff was lazy and every time I asked or the update on the room change they told me “oh we don’t now anything about a room change, let me check and let you know”…. Come back in the afternoon, asked again to the new shift of staff and the same, they didn’t know anything about a room change. In other words, I paid over $900 for 3 nights to stay here and this place is not worth anywhere near that amount, I’m never staying on a double street let alone on this one for future competitions. I believe the issue is the staff not giving a crap about the guests. Please mind the health of any of your guests.

The staff was friendly but the hotel smelled like mold. I was switched from my 1st room the second room was ok. Definitely not worth the 370 I paid

Location was amazing, right across the street from seawall. Staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. With all that said, the humidity in the room has caused some mildew that wasn’t noticed at check in.

This hotel has an issue with humidity and moisture. Our bedding felt wet and room smelled very strongly of mildew. The lamp shade was rusted from the moisture in the air.

BEWARE: Unlike every hotel I've ever been to, this hotel adds on parking and continental breakfast as additional charges not included in your stay. Seriously. $24 for each individual "breakfast" that you must serve to yourself except... when you go to pour your own drink an angry housekeeper will yell and belittle you for not knowing that only they are allowed to do that part so that they can hand you a bill with a tip line to get you to tip on top for the whole meal because she pulled the lever for your juice. Next is $30 for parking... in the hotel parking lot... I kid you not. Parking your vehicle is NOT an add on! If you're tired of crooked, deceptive tactics like these, find a hotel run by management with some ethics. I'm so tired of these underhanded behaviors. Be honest with up front pricing and stop trying to screw people at every turn!

The customer service was beyond amazing!!! Sparkle made sure my parents was taken care!

Carpet and carpet need work badly

Location is nice, pool and Longboard bar are pretty cool. They don't need much to nring this place up to what they're charging per night. Our check-in was at 4, got the room a little after 5. Beds were clean and the room was clean over all. Shower had mold / mildew, poorly patched hole in celing of the shower, beat up base boards and tiles in the bathroom, missing mirror or picture in the room with visible screw holes, walls 8n general no great. Had a domestic problem spill out into the hall around 1am with one our neighbors screaming at the top of her lungs for someone to "get out". We didn't get much sleep. For the $400.00 per night rate we paid, go next door to the historic Galvez. Had this been $200.00 per night, I wouldn't have had many issues. Not a horrible place to stay, but not worth the asking price. Staff was polite and prompt.
