Good

The motel is fairly old but decently maintained. The reception person was very good. The breakfast setup had waffle batter, two or three pieces of plain white bread to toast, some oranges and fruit cocktail. Worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever encountered.

Horrible! Double charged at check in, got to 1st room with dirty stained sheets, moldy bathroom, smoke detector just hanging by wires in middle of room. Got a different room, even dirtier! Stained sheets smelled of burning plastic. Went to desk for a refund, was told we could not because we had the room for longer than 15 mins. Beyond ridiculous. Front desk clerk took us to 4 additional rooms where i showed her back to back dirty sheets w stains, moldy bathrooms, moldy fridge, thick dust across tables and bed headboard. Finally just settled for the 6th room. Never again. Took plenty of pictures to submit to management. But from further research doesn’t seem like this far from their normal. Constant bad reviews, pool out of order, ice machines, out of order, poor breakfast selections, bad/poor staff and management. Definitely save your money, parking lot is empty for a reason!

Appreciated the airport shuttle service

There was only two towels, wash clothes and hand towels in the room. No cups for drinking, one dinky garbage can. Requested late check out for 12 noon and at 10 am housekeeping was knocking on the door for room service.When I told her we had late checkout she said it was at 11 am . She told me to check with the resection desk. Poor poor set up all around.

Affordable & convenient to the airport for an early flight

The room was clan and comfortable. The breakfast was sparse . We were told the person who was in charge of breakfast did not show up. When we asked about the free shuttle to airport we were told they had no driver. They would not have told us if we hadn’t asked.

Indoor pool was too cold for family swim (our reason for selecting this hotel). When we asked, were told that management didn't have access to change the temperature.

Check-in easy, front staff professional, lobby clean, room clean, bed comfortable, room had small microwave and refrigerator for convenience, parking lot well secured lights bright at night good. Close to restaurants

An ok place

First I am a repeat customer! I attend the MSFR (rodeo finals) yearly. I do not have a bad word to say. The room I stayed in had a fridge that built up a bunch of ice and was starting to drip on the carpet when I arrived. Management got on it right away. Would have offered to move me but place was full - I didn't want another room, just didn't want their carpet, cabinet and fridge/freezer to be ruined. We problem solved together and made a plan. I did place more towels in the fridge so it could absorb more before I checked out. I returned late on my second night and the manager even asked if he could help with anything getting into the Inn. Honestly one of the most friendly staff I have come across!! I travel all over the US and I have always felt welcome at this Inn and Suites.

Very basic average place. Not terrible not great. Hallways and stairwells smelled kind of funny. Decent enough breakfast.

An okay place, it was a nice resy stop on our long drive. But be aware: there is no elevator. And we were a long (5 mi, about 8 km) from any dinner late at night.

Cleanliness at a decent price.

Good place to stay while traveling. Not a lot of good options for breakfast.

Staff at desk did not understand my English too well. The refrigerator in my room had some mold inside and it seemed it was leaking water because the door wouldn't close and there was ice built up in the freezer section that was dripping down and out.

room was clean, comfortable. Had everything we needed. Would stay there again
