Have stayed here before and it is a great location with comfortable beds and great internet and chrome cast options . The only slight issue I had was that I had a Riverview room which was a great view to the river but the balcony area was shady and cool and very echoey! Noise from neighbours tended to reverberate on the river side . Apart from that small issue , I will be staying here again , just choosing the pool side . Great to have parking in the building too

Aircon felt wet and mould. If I left the balcony window open the room would fill with kitchen smells. Not good 😞

Excellent property. Had everything we needed and was walking distance to many restaurants and shops, and a grocery store. Wish we could have stayed longer, and we would definitely recommend the hotel.

Only stayed one night and it suited us.

Lovely corner room with great view of river. Beautiful breakfast and 2 nice restaurants close by. Parking included. Would definitely recommend Pool is lovely too although not so easy for disabled to get out

Surprisingly, nice quiet and spacious rooms. Really enjoyed the area Italian food restaurant nearby is excellent and the bakery around the block was delicious. Really nice location to get off the beaten path.

The photos of the room are definitely not what it is in real life. Staff at the counter was helpful, No room service, could not even bring a drink from the resturant to the room.

We had such a lovely experience, it was river front at a very calm location. We had great time. Highly recommended

We loved our stay at the Ramada - Ballina. It was right on the river and within perfect walking distance to Woolworths and cafes. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very polite and helpful. It was also not far from Lennox Heads and Byron Bay. We loved Ballina as it was cheaper to stay then Byron and more of a country feel. We would definitely come back here to stay.

Great property. Enjoyed the onsite wine bar and restaurant. Room was lovely with great balcony overlooking water.

Our stay was fantastic. The suite was wide with a lot of natural light. Good balcony views. And very comfortable. 2 TVs but one of them didn’t work and the bathroom needed a deep cleaning. But in general, all good and we recommend it. Excellent location.

Hotel is nice, but lot of hair in the bathroom floor. Not nice at all. Bed very comfortable and lovely staff at the reception.
