I love how peaceful it is here, there are 3 lovely pubs, all different in menus and atmosphere, and its only a half hour walk to drift limits london motor circuit or another lovely eatery, the fishery inn. The accommodation has free widi, spacious parking, a decking area with a lovely view of the river and the staff are very helpful and polite. Ill definitely bbe back again and again

Lovely peaceful stay, 2 pubs right opposite and the beautiful fishery inn 10 mins down the road. Drift limits is 20 minute walk and easy to find.

Part of the Sure Collection of Best Western. Really nice setting with 2 pubs directly across the road for dining options. My room was on the ground level and looked directly on to the car park so the car was only a few feet from the door which was really convenient. Really nice and friendly staff and very helpful. The room was really well decorated, up to date and clean. A nice big, comfy bed and double headed shower. There was a lovely view of the river which ran outside of the hotel. Breakfast was really well cooked and got the day off to the best start. Great value for money stay with only a couple of minor things stopping a 5 out of 5 review but would definitely look to stay here again.

Lovely property for our stay, staff were lovely especially Shawn. Only stopped here to break up my journey home. Nice Pub/restaurants just across the road in a nice location

Bathroom poor condition, panelling on inside of door hanging off. Shower curtain has black mold. Carpet seemed dirty.

We had a happy 2 night stay meeting family in the area.Our room was very clean and beds very comfortable.We had a very gd breakfast cooked to suit our needs.Shawn was available to help us settle in and answer any queries.

An old fashioned hotel that has everything you need. Helpful friendly lady on reception, comfy rooms and peaceful surroundings.

Room ok, shower awful...cold!! So that's not good enough!! So dated could do with an improvement, carpet not that clean bits everywhere! Sound coming from window so can hear Road, can hear people being noisy above the room!

When I first went in, I found my twin room smelled very strongly, the air conditioning/ heating was really high and had unpleasant hot air that was also coming out of a crack in the wall. The bathroom was new and clean and of a good standard, and the room was better once the window could be opened and the hot air conditioning turned off. The single beds in the twin room were quite basic and hard (probably ok for back sleepers). Overall it was a satisfactory overnight stay and conveniently near the motorway.

The staff were all very helpful and I had everything I needed. Great position a short walk from the canal. Beautiful area.

The Watermill is an average hotel that offers a good service.

Being a watermill it was very scenic, the staff were really friendly, clean and tidy throughout, the tea and coffee not nice but I put it down to the water, overall I have been back and will be again

Nice over night stop , although we are glad we had eaten as the Resturant and bar were closed . Room comfortable and warm with a view of the Brooke that ran past the hotel . Easy parking on site and the only staff member around was very helpful and pleasant.

Goood basic accommodation

It was a pleasant stay, the only thing i would say is that the rooms need new carpets and a bathroom makeover, too dated.

We had a lovely overnight stay. We loved how this hotel is built around an old water mill and how you are right by the overflow canal off the main canal. The staff were all extremely friendly.

Has so much potential being on the river & with the waterwheel but sadly the hotel has seen better days. Our room was plenty big enough but very old furnishings & the counterpains on the bed were stained. Unfortunately the rooms at the front are subject to road noise.

Room was a good size, cold and had seen better days. Shower was cold/no food/bar yes theres a pub over thr road but its not exactly cheap. For over a £100.00 i exspected warm water and it to generally look like it was cared for.
