We traveled to Wichita Falls to see Midwest State play football on a Sat nite. Our son is a coach. Location was convienent to the stadium. We did not eat breakfast. It does end before 10am. Checkout was an hr later than usual. That was a plus even when not using. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We will stay there again upon visiting Wichi Falls again.

I would give this a 4 star rating overall. For a Hampton it is slightly below average but overall a nice stay with super friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast, and even some free beer and wine for a few hours in the evening leading up to a football game. Very quiet rooms with very comfortable beds as you would expect from a Hampton. The only negative would be a slightly dated facility, but overall still a very nice stay.

The arrival was horrible ... Cricket on the bed greeted us pic shown. The sofa bed had no bedding and no extra in the room. The room also was very hot! I called the front desk and she was kinda rude. Saying what size bedding i said sofa i suppose. She sakd come down she would find something instead of bring to the room. I askes if she could help with the thermostat she just stated she.could do is move us. We were in a king all she had was a double we opted out. The sheets once we.got upstairs did not fit and she had no blankets we luckily had one in the car. We woke and had no waffle mix there was noone to tell. Once we were ready to leave the day staff was super pleasant and helpful.

Pool unavailable with no timetable to he reopened. 3rd floor roof work made our room uninhabitable because of very strong adhesive odor. Receptionist Markicea was nice to find us another room on the 1st floor and was very sorry for that. But other than no pool available when its offered at booking is bad. Hilton needs to act fix that issue

The ladies were friendly at check in and at check out. The property is a bit aged but seemed to be well maintained. Our room was spacious and clean. My husband thought it had a nice shower set up.

The staff was very helpful and allowed us to lock up our bikes in a safe place for the evening so we did not have to take them up to our room. Very pleasant and accommodating.

No one mentioned the elevator was not working until I had checked in. I just had knee surgery so it was a big problem.

Blood on the walls fridge didn’t work. Entire building smelled like mold. Carpets stained everywhere. Crack in foundation under carpet by indoor pool. Tripped twice because of it. Elevator and pool out of order

Hotel is in a creepy abandoned mall lot. The elevator was broken so we had to walk up. Pool was closed for maintenance and when we reached the third floor there was a gaping hole where the wall should have been with a tarp over it. A/C can't be adjusted or even shut off inside the room. I've been to nicer motels. We're furious.

The elevators and pool were out of order the whole weekend.

There was no elevator available for handicap access on the third floor. There was no way we were going to drag our suitcases up to the third floor. The attendant was very cut and dried and did not try to help solve the problem at all. There is an open ticket on our complaint because we had to pay for our room that we were not able to use. We ended up staying at a La Quinta next-door.

The stay was nice except the elevator was not working and my knee was swollen which made it difficult going up and down the stairs

I turned out to be very convenient to everything I was doing.
