The ocean view from the room was amazing. We could even see the sunrise from the room in the morning, which was absolutely beautiful. The hotel was only about a one-minute walk to the beach, making the location perfect. The swimming pool was also very clean and lovely. It was one of the best places we have stayed. They also upgraded our room, and we were able to use the rooftop, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

one thing I`m considering smoking every where even in the room. I`m not recomandation for non-smoking people and also internet so terrible

I normally always stay here at the Oaks but this rom I was in this time was the worst and oldest one I've ever stayed in .. I know they are mostly individually owned but this one really needs to be done up.. is in the first of the Oaks buildings Aleutian and only had one tv in a 2 brm apartment and didn't even have the nice soft plush blankets that the Oaks normally has,I had to ask for some and they weren't those blankets.. was clean and comfortable thou but really needs a makeover

We had a beautiful stay at Oaks Seaforth. Our room was in the Cascades building and was spacious, well set out, comfortable and had an outdoor setting on the patio where my husband and I enjoyed a bottle of red wine. A variety of food places both dine in and takeaway were only a 100 metre walk from the front door of the building. Bed was comfy. Only thing I would request additional was another blanket and a couple more pillows. We will definitely stay here again, hopefully for a bit longer to enjoy it more. The receptionist upon our arrival was sooooo friendly. Oaks, she is s keeper!

We have stayed here previously but not for years. Love the location and the staff are great. Our 2 bedroom unit was clean and the layout was good but was definitely looking tired and the furniture dated.

Great staff, weekly housekeeping, excellant location, great view of the ocean and pool. Comfotable bed and pillows. Lots of hot water. Air conditioning works well but you have to turn it off to sit on balcony as the unit blows hot air. The grounds with lagoon are spectacular. Efficient bus service in front of hotel. Safe area with lots of footpaths and restaurants. Laid back surfer vibe. Had 2 days of heavy rain and found bugs in our room. They offered a new room or spraying. Spraying worked. Kitchen fixtures a little outdated but functional. Patio furniture needs replacing and this is on their project list. There were issues with one elevator and the elevators were hot. Loved our 3 week stay.

Room was spotless, plenty of space in the living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom and balcony area. Kimberley at reception was amazing, she made check in a breeze.

Eveetthing is fantastic apart from all pillows they are like putting ya head on a balloon

Helpful friendly staff. Clean rooms with all amenities. Great pools for families.

I paid extra per night for an ocean view and we didn’t get it. Complained to reception and they didn’t care. Was told that the manager would call but haven’t heard. Disappointing!
