Beautiful hotel with easy access to the beach. Wonderful breakfast. Swimming pool was not open despite excellent weather.

Muy buen hotel pero cara

Hotel is close to the beach and the city center of San Sebastian. Fitness Center gym is not free. We had a few items of clothes washed and it was $134 Euros.

Schönes Hotel mit grossem Badezimmer und Dusche. Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Man ist zu Fuss schnell am Strand. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

They have not maintained the property properly. Will never stay here again.

Super clean, good size rooms

Si vous passez par Expédia il faut payer 8 euros chacun pour un peignoir et dés chaussons. Cela me semble un peu exagéré ! Surtout que l’hôtel est cher!

Location was very good very clean very helpful staff

We didn't know that the pool was only open in June even though it was 30° outside. We only booked this hotel to use the pool and entertain the kids. We were so disappointed that it wasn't totally obvious on their website. Our room was so noisy. Hardly slept all week. Staff were pretty rude.

Hptelletvvar helt ok rent, trevlig personal, bra frukost. Inte så centralt läge, Långt att gå ner till staden.

Guter Ausgangspunkt um San Sebastian zu besichtigen. Fußweg 30 Minuten bis zur Playa Concha.

Déçu pas de piscine , petit déjeuner moyen Pas d’eau fraîche à l’accueil .

The room was very comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet area not too near the centre or the main attractions.. A short bus ride or a taxi ride, but not in the centre of things. Sadly the pool was not open as it only does from June to the autumn. The gym pool (indoor) and their facilities can be used at extra daily cost.

Lovely hotel great location and parking, shame swimming pool was not open.

L'hôtel est très bien situé mais très mal isolé malheureusement. Les services sont corrects dans l'ensemble et le personnel aussi.
