호숫가에 있는 아름다운 숙소였습니다. 제공되는 칫솔이 없으니 따로 준비해야하고 겨울에는 좀 추웠어요. 리셉션은 작지만 직원이 친절했고 아침식사도 만족 했습니다.

좋았어요! 발렛주차도 무료고 카지노 경험도 가능합니다. 호텔 앞 호수에서 수영도하던데 여름에가면 경험해봐도 좋을듯 해요. 조식도 좋았습니다~

It couldn’t be better.

hotel staff is very kind. I asked about taxi to go geneva, they took a taxi and it was very good. Room is very clean and bathroom is new. Shampoo and body cleanser is very good. But hotel interior is old and not cool. Old town is little far. It took 20 minuts on foot. Sandy beach is very close. so It`s good to swimming.

안시에서 여행할 때 렌트카를 이용 했는데, 호텔 전용 주차장을 이용할 수 있다는 점, 구 시가지에서 걸어서 20분정도에 위치하고 호수를 따라 걷는 산책로도 매우 훌륭 합니다. 시설도 매우 좋은 편이고 무었보다 호텔에서 볼 수 있는 경치가 매우 좋아요. 깨끗하고 안시를 다시 여행한다면 다시 찾을 것 같습니다. 구 시가지 내에 위치해 작고 불편한 호텔보단 이 호텔을 추천합니다.

주변 풍경과 객실 상태모두 최상급으로 완벽했습니다.

최고의 숙박이었습니다.. 위치, 호텔 시설, 룸 컨디션 모두 최상이었습니다. 호수 전망이 너무 좋았고, 조식도 맛있었으며, 샤워룸이나 수건 등 모두 품질이 좋았습니다. 강추합니다!

호텔 직원들이 친절하고 객실 상태도 깨끗함. 개조한지 얼마 안된것 같이 깨끗하고 전망 좋은 방으로 객실을 준비해줘서 좋았음. 아침 조식도 종류도 많고 맛도 좋았음. 크로아상이 맛있네요.

We had a wonderful experience staying at L'Impérial Palace in March. A lovely hotel with spacious rooms, the location was perfect for exploring the Lake Annecy area.

Séjour superbe ; gentillesse de toute l’équipe de l’Imperial nous avons tellement aimé que nous avons prolongé notre séjour et nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.

Wunderbares ruhiges Hotel an bester Lage am See. Sehr sauber, freundliches Personal und ein exquisites Frühstücksbuffet in einem wunderbaren Saal.

Accueil très moyen pour un palace. En tant que fidèle client Hotels.com, j’ai regardé le jour de notre arrivée encore sur leur site il y avait encore beaucoup de place de disponible sur les chambres supérieurs à ma réservation, et je n’ai pas eu droit aux surclassement , ce qui devait être le cas. Énormément de poussière derrière la télévision. Je ne sais pas, c’est la faute de l’hôtel qui ne me l’a pas proposé ou d’Hotels.com, qui n’a pas fait la remarque a l établissement le surclassement, mais je suis vraiment déçu. Pour le spa, rien à redire Nous aurons bien profité de notre moment de détente en fin de journée.

Our stay here waswonderful. the room was beautiful, spacisous and clen and so was the entire property. the staff were so nice and helpful nad the spa was a great touch for a long day of walking.

The room was comfortable with a spectacular view of the lake and surrounding mountains.

The ambience here is very pleasant. I had such a relaxing stay here. Made perfect with beautiful sunshine, after a week of snow and rain in the area. The room had a marvellous view over the lake towards Annecy vielle ville, which is a 15-20 minute stroll away. Lunch at the Terrace was superb value, with another fantastic outlook onto the lake. The service is calm and professional. The hotel is so close to the plage, it is rude not to go in, even though the water was icy cold. The benefits of cold water strolling are marvellous. I just need to bring my swim boots next time. It is easy to walk, run, cycle, or even take the bus, around the lake; to see pretty, lakeside villages . Lovely place, very memorable. I’m sure it is beautiful in all weather conditions. Merci, à bientôt. 😃😃
