Good for biz trip

The hotel was located about 15 min. from Baden Baden, outskirts of the city. The room was absolutely clean, but the room temperature was not warm enough for a overnight stay. I believe the hotel was barely occupied... Perhaps just few rooms... It was Christmas season and they did not have enough guests to serve the continental breakfast. Instead, they gave us an option for the in-room service breakfast, which was great! Great hotel, great service, probably not so great to stay during the Christmas or end-of year season.

Gutes Hotel, zwischen 2 Autobahnen, daher in allen Zimmern laut bei offenem Fenster. Dame an der Rezeption (Franc.) ziemlich unfreundlich, nachdem nach der ersten Nacht mein Zimmer ausgecheckt war obwohl wir für 2 gebucht und bezahlt hatten. Kollegin hat dann das Problem behoben.

Positive experiences at Radisson Blue. Receptionist Claudio was friendly at check-in, and we got a nice room. Receptionist Simon was very service-minded and, together with his colleague from Estonia, should be praised for being helpful in investigating various questions we had about parking, the area and a trip to Strasbourg. Negative experiences: After the first night, we found a small animal in the bed, and we were upset about that. Cleaning the edges behind the bed rail by the light panel was not done properly. We complained about it to Simon, who sent extra cleaning and offered free parking. At the entrance to the hotel, ashtrays are set up, so smoking hotel guests stand on both sides when you pass by. My husband has asthma, and we are both non-smokers, and therefore it is very unpleasant to have to go through cigarette smoke when you enter the hotel. We would suggest that you move the smoking area to another place than at the entrance to the hotel. Attached pictures for information. Kind regards from two hotel guests

Perfect for a stopover, as near the motorway

Hotel, Ausstattung und Komfort sind sehr angenehm. Negativ sind hier jedoch die fehlende Kontaktmöglichkeit außerhalb des Hotels. Sobald sie aus dem Hotel sind und etwas vergessen haben sollten, ist es verloren. Kein Chance per Telefon oder Email jemanden zu erreichen. Schade, und ein Negativpunkt

Siisti hotelli, mutta sijainti palvelee vain sellaista matkaajaa joka aikoo lähteä motarille seuraavaksi. Hotellin ympäristössä ei ole mitään muuta.

Everything was perfect, but the bathroom needs to be modernized and replaced with new shower fixtures.

Fint hotell med allt man kan önska. Mycket trevligt bemötande vid ankomst, uppgradering, och fantastiskt god middag.

Le personnel est sympathique, la chambre est spacieuse et propre. Le plus deux petites bouteilles d'eau et boissons chaudes à disposition dans la chambre.

Ich hab nicht das Abends nur das überteuerte Buffet stattfindet. Beim einchecken wurde auch nicht drauf hingewiesen. Frühstück Aufbackbrötchen die wohl neben Dem Backofen gelegen haben, und nicht drin. Für mich sah das sehr lieblos um nicht zu sagen hilflos aus .

Aunque era un hotel de paso, tras haber visitado Heidelberg, nos encantó todo: amabilidad personal, limpieza, habitacion y bebidas, agua, cafe, .. a la entrada y salida. Excelente ducha.

An overnight say whilst travelling from France to Germany. Was easy to find - situated in a business area. Parking was easy but started a bit on the expensive side initially offered at 17Euros but was reduced to 12. As the hotel is situated in a business area there is nowhere walkable to eat so was forced to use the hotel restaurant. The staff were excellent and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Upon first impressions the room was lovely but unfortunately after returning to it after dinner found that neither the kettle nor the fridge were in working order. The shower head fixture was broken so could not be altered in either height or angle - luckily there was a bath but made it a bit difficult to wash my hair. I did pop down to reception to request a kettle but was told they were all locked away for the night. At the same time I reported the other room defects- I was offered another room but at 10pm I did not feel like moving all my luggage so had to do without my cup of tea. ( would have been nice if they had sent one up via room service) A hotel of this standard should be checked regularly and should not have all these faults in one room. If passing through again I would probably stay again but would check all the amenities to make sure they were working before I unpacked..

Good hotel with parking but far from town. You need to drive or taxi.
