Good for biz trip

The hotel was located about 15 min. from Baden Baden, outskirts of the city. The room was absolutely clean, but the room temperature was not warm enough for a overnight stay. I believe the hotel was barely occupied... Perhaps just few rooms... It was Christmas season and they did not have enough guests to serve the continental breakfast. Instead, they gave us an option for the in-room service breakfast, which was great! Great hotel, great service, probably not so great to stay during the Christmas or end-of year season.

Rent og stort værelse.

Lage gut, Zimmer gut schallgeschützt, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, kein Fön auf Zimmer, riecht es muffig...gut für ein Nacht auf der Autobahn.

Fint hotel tæt på motorvej - ingen problemer med støj fra motorvejen. Flotte, rene værelser. Rigtig dejlig morgenmadsbuffet.

Dejligt med mulighed for connecting doors Aftensmaden i restauranten stor og dyr skuffelse. Købte pizza som viste sig at være en frysepizza.

Hadde kun en overnatting på vei sørover i Europa. Stor og god parkeringsplass, og døgnåpent trekker opp.

När vi kom till rummet var det ostädat/någon hade legat i sängen. Personalen var snabb med nytt rum👍 Frukosten var däremot riktigt dålig iaf när man fick betala 17€ för den ej värt på långa vägar. + För snabbladdning av elbil

They are impossible to reach. Do not reply to messages and when they do it’s not with what you ask for. On arrival nothing is ready of what you asked for (in my case, just a baby bed…)

Dejlig overnatning på ved lodnitalien. Værelserne var store og rene. Morgen buffet var helt ok👍

Grosse Parkplatz, sehr gute Klimaanlage (draussen +40C). Bett und Kopfkissen prima.

Tube smell in bathroom, shower head broken, unusable wifi because too low reception in room, empty tissue box, no bottle of water in room

Prima hotel voor op doorreis

Paying for parking was odd but the breakfast was good and rooms were clean. Showers and sink backed up water immediately.

Room was uncomfortably warm and air conditioning did not work. Staff unfriendly. Breakfast ok.

I booked a standard room, but upon check-in, the receptionist informed me that these rooms are only located on the first floor—something that wasn't mentioned in the hotel description. They offered an upgrade to a higher floor for an additional €20 per day, which adds up to a significant amount for longer stays. On the bright side, the room had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a fridge, coffee maker, kettle, and iron. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel also has a gym and a sauna. However, the air conditioning was very noisy and barely cooled the room. Another major downside is that the hotel is surrounded by highways, making it extremely noisy, even at night if you keep the windows open. That being said, the staff were very accommodating and always ready to help.
