호텔은 편안하고 직원들이 친절하다. 호텔룸이 넓어서 지내기 편안했고 베수비오호산이 보이는 바다뷰도 멋졌음. 위치가 시내센터와 조금 떨어져있지만 셔틀버스가 있어 다니는데 큰 불편함은 없었음.

호텔 위치가 소렌토 역에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 셔틀이 잘 운영되고 있음. 호텔 바로 앞에 sita bus 정류장이 있어서 포지타노, 아말피 이동을 계획 중이리면 참고. ㅈ바다 전망일 경우 전망이 정말 좋음. 호텔에서만 시간을 보내도 충분히 좋은 시간을 보낼 수 있음.

외진 곳에 위치 하진 않았지만, 좋은 위치 조건이 아닙었습니다.그리고 호텔의 기본적으로 있어야 할것이 많이 부족 하더군요..

Café da manhã muito completo, dependências muito limpas e todos os dia havia arrumação. Serviço de Shuttle para a cidade ótimo. Piscina excelente. Super recomendo!!

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold. Hotellet ligger vakkert til oppe i åssiden, noe som gir en helt ubeskrivelig panoramautsikt over hele Napolibukten og Vesuv. Det var utrolig praktisk med hotellets egen skyttelbuss, som gjorde det superenkelt å reise gratis opp og ned til Sorrento sentrum. Rommet var rent og fint. De ansatte var veldig serviceinnstilte og imøtekommende. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

We had a lovely stay and wanted to highlight the exceptional service from Michael at the hotel. He really took the time to look after our needs in detail, was incredibly supportive, and maintained great communication throughout. He truly went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. A special mention as well to Carlos, who kindly helped us with another room and arranged a beautiful sea view – much appreciated! The hotel offers convenient bus shuttles to Sorrento, which was very handy for getting around. The only downside was that breakfast had a fairly limited selection, but overall, the service and staff made up for it. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My room had one of the most beatiful views ever. Shutter trip to Sorrento were very convenient and on time. Service at the front desk did everything possible to facilitate day trips to several places. Everything on time. I felt like everything was taylored for me.

Hotel provided an upgrade with a balcony of all of Sorrento, Naples, and Mt. Vesuvius. Loved and appreciated it.

Great location but far from everything, they have shuttle but once an hour which is not very convenient

The hotel was amazing - the staff was very accommodating and the views were great. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. They really make you feel tended to and are lovely people. The rooms could have been cleaner - found some small hairs around that could have been easily vacuumed. Outside of that, loved the room. The hotel breakfast is OK decent variety and a pretty robust juice jar. There could have been some cut fruit out (they had apples to go), and some more gluten free / vegetarian options. The pool is massive and clean. Very easy to find a chair to lay out on. The hotel offers a shuttle to downtown Sorrento, but it is very packed. Try to get in line early. Worst case, you can take a cab but that will cost you around 30€. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view of the bay of Naples from the Hotel. The shuttle to and from town was excellent allowed us to visit town for ahopping/dinner without the addrd expense of a cab fare each way. Pool and service was excellent...we will be back.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking

The food at the restaurant and the service were top notch, the staff is very professional and charming. The rooms are well lit and plenty of amenities.
