Overall just ok during my stay. At the last day of stay, I was going to use the bath tub so filled the water. And, I found out that the water looked very dirty yellow. So when I check out I asked one of the receptionist what’s the problem with this. And she just said it’s just normal and nothing problem. See for yourself how it looked like the bath tub.

호텔 근처 (걸어서 5분거리)에 fisherman's village가 있어 좋았고 패밀리마트도 근처에 2개가 있습니다. 호텔은 해변 접근성이 좋고 수영장도 3개나 있어 좋습니다. 패들보트 1시간은 무료로 빌려주니 사용해보시면 좋을 것 같네요. 직원들 서비스는 아주 좋습니다. 조식은 보통 수준입니다.

피셔맨스 빌리지 걸어서 십분거리 수영장 좋고 발코니 넓고 좋네요

호텔의 위치가 좋았음. 공항 및 주변 야시장과의 거리가 적당하였고, 특히 금요일에 코사무이에서 지내실 분들에게 추천함. 다만 방에 모기가 꽤 많았고, 호텔에서 리펠러를 갖다 주기는 하였으나 밤에 잠을 자는데 불편함을 느꼈음.

전체적으로 조용한 느낌의 호텔입니다. 비치까지도 가까우며, 유명관광지인 피셔맨스 빌리지와도 가깝습니다. 다만 현재 비치레스토랑이 공사중으로 이용할 수 없었던 점이 아쉬웠습니다.

Een mooie schone kamer en accomodatie met erg vriendelijk personeel! Onze dochter was jarig en het resort heeft zo veel leuks voor haar gedaan, echt een aanbeveling!

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Omelettes made to order and great selection of fruit juices.

We stayed for 13 nights as a family of 5. Hotel was nice and in a very good location. We had a family room which I did feel was too small for 2x adults and 3x children - there was not enough space to hang all our bits up. Hotel needs a bit of decoration, you can see its getting old. Found room to be a little dirty in the toilet/shower area it needs a proper deep clean. Staff by the pool very good - found the staff around the beach bar a bit miserable. Some could do with some training. Breakfast was nice enough to choose from. We did have a lovely holiday but probably wouldn't return here.

Good if you get a bargain but not great if you pay higher rates. I would not rate this hotel 5 star more like a UK 3.4- 4 star max. Our first night we were given a very noisy room near to the road. The staff were good and changed us to much quieter room which we appreciated. The spa staff were lovely, but it’s located near a busy road which you could hear beyond the music. Our complimentary Thai massages were very good. The breakfast buffet had a good range and variety of options but I would say expect average - good depending on what your preferences are. For the rates we paid we were disappointed as expected more for our money. We would have accepted conditions etc if we’d got a bargain. However the staff were responsive and helpful. Easy access to Fisherman’s Village and tours.

Pros: Very clean hotel, well-maintained rooms, and an excellent kids' club. The pool is great (we loved seeing the water quality checks!), and it's just a 5-minute walk to Fisherman’s Village. Friendly staff. Cons: Extremely high poolside prices (3x more than outside; 400 THB for a cocktail) and a serious lack of shade around the pool area.

It’s a very clean and spacious room, and the hotel is located a very convenient spot of Bophut beach and near to the Fishermen’s village entrance as well.

We spent 5 days here Beautiful gardens and lovely pool. We spent most of the time on the beach as there was a lovely breeze Really liked the gardens, Beach and the beach bar Thanks to Num and Oh in the Shine spa onsite for lovely massages. The Spa has a really nice vibe to it We didnt use the gym but it looked to be well maintained. The hotel front is on a busy road so it can get noisy at times if you have a room fronting on to it but the rooms themselves are comfortable and very clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly whether in front of house or in the beach club Food was lovely. Amazing choice at Breakfast buffet. A short beach walk to fishermans village if you want something different in the evening. The hotel fronts directly on to the lovely beach there is no road to cross to access.
