I am writing to share my recent experience at the colonial which, unfortunately, did not meet my expectations. As an Expedia Goldmember VIP, I had high hopes for my stay, especially considering the exceptional service I received during my visit to the Mirage last year. However, my experience at colonial was quite the opposite.
While we loved spending time at the beach and the pool, the overall experience was marred by several issues. The food quality was subpar, and we encountered rude staff members at the towel tables and the snack bar. This was quite disappointing, as we were looking forward to a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
Additionally, I did not receive any VIP service, which I had anticipated as an Expedia Goldmember VIP. This lack of attention to detail and service was a stark contrast to my previous experience at the Mirage and left me feeling very disappointed in my vacation.
