Clean and good ac in room. Swim bar bartender was quite rude and was not a language barrier. I speak Spanish and English fluently. Maybe he was over whelm. He should know you work in customer services. Take a break gather your self and then come back. Also tons of seaweed. Wish expedia would have put it on the site. It was not swim able. We had to stay in the pool the whole time. Sucks bc you travel many hours only to not be able to enjoy the beach. The night shows were good and food.

Mi habitación tenia acceso a la piscina y nos sentiamos VIP. El personal esta a otro nivel y la limpieza es excelente. Mi habitación tenia tina en balcón y dentro, eso nos daba horas de relajación. La gerente del buffet Marisol, era demasiado especial, atenta y nos hacian sentir como reyes. Recomiendo este hotel al 100%

Although our AC didn’t work it was a good inclusive resort, we had our own oceanview room but we stayed here with around 15 family members and everyone had a really good time there are a lot of really good dining options we loved the restaurant in front of the beach. They only have one club for nightlife in the resort, and it’s full of 18-year-olds and not that fun. I definitely recommend getting discounted tickets to Coco bongo beforehand if you want to experience nightlife. The shows were cool and late night eats were good

Beautiful property, fantastic staff and great restaurant choices. However they had a serious roach problem. They did exterminate while we were there, but it didn’t seem to help. I did report it to the night staff & guest service.

The rooms weren’t very clean. The staff wasn’t super friendly, they seemed inconvenienced at times to serve us, even though we were tipping really well, mostly bartenders. Almost every single person on our trip ended up with GI symptoms throughout the trip that lasted a while and we were a group of 16.

The property has beach access, staff is friendly and the rooms are ample and provide basic amenities. This is my second time staying at the hotel and found the hotel deteriorated the room had a musty smell, there were dead and living cockroaches around the bathroom area. The food is great and the staff is friendly and accesible. Loved the spa! The discotheque needs improvement in the ambience, the a/c at the disco was not too good. I was informed that the hotel will partially close for improvement so I hope to go back and find it in its prime state!

I’m writing this review almost a year after my trip, and after visiting other all-inclusive resorts in Cancun, I’ve realized just how amazing this resort truly was. First off—it’s HUGE. There are massive pools, endless bars both on the beach and in the water, and everything is set up to make sure you really get the most out of your all-inclusive stay. Having an assigned butler was a major plus: whether it was booking excursions or dinner reservations, all I had to do was send a text and it was handled. The atmosphere was another highlight. The resort is full of lush plants, fountains, and even a beautiful little church. The nightly shows were also a standout—several felt very close to Vegas-level quality, especially the circus performance. Drinks were excellent, and the food was better than most other resorts I’ve stayed at—solid 8/10. The beach was clean and beautiful, with a coral reef just a short swim away—definitely bring a snorkel! I also liked that there was both an adults-only and a family side. Some might see that as a downside, but I enjoyed seeing kids having such a great time while still being able to enjoy the quieter adult areas. The casino was another fun feature, especially paired with the American-style sports bar right next door that stays open all night. Overall, I had a fantastic experience—10/10 would recommend and I fully plan on returning to Majestic.
