솔직히 처음엔 좀 싫었던게 체크인 전 캐리어를 맡기는 과정에서 저희와 동시에 도착하신 백인 할머니를 대하는 것과 저희(한국인)를 대하는 것이 좀 달라서(할머니는 그냥 짐 받아서 체크인 전 짐 맡기는 공간에 보관/ 우리는 짐 맡기기전에 여권 체크부터 여러가지 과정들을 다 거친 후 체크인 전 짐 맡기는 공간에 자리가 충분히 남아있었음에도 불구하고 체크아웃 후 짐 맡기는 공간에 보관해서 오후 3시 이후 체크인하러 갔을 때 다른 직원이 안녕히 잘 가시라고 인사했었음^^;;;)..였습니다. 스페인 포르투갈 여행하면서 ㅇ ㅏ... 여전히 동양인 차별 그냥 무턱대고 싫어하고 깔보는구나...를 조금씩 느꼈던 것이 있어서 아무것도 아닌 것이 크게 느껴졌던 건지도 모르겠습니다. 외려 체크인 하고 나서는 전혀 그런 차별을 받는다는 느낌은 없었습니다. 그렇기 때문에 이 호텔을 추천하며(첫인상만 별로였습니다. 마주치는 직원분들마다(어떤 파트에 계시던) 너무 따뜻한 미소로 대해주셔서 좋았고 무엇보다 빌바오를 방문한 목적이었던 구겐하임 미술관에 매일 산책하듯 하루에도 몇번씩 갈 수 있었던 게 정말 좋았습니다. 잠귀가 밝으신 분들에게는 어쩌다 들리는 길가 소음 대비를 위한 귀마개 추천합니다. 방들이 다닥다닥 붙어있는 느낌이었는데도 다른 방에서 들리는 소음때문에 신경쓰였던 적은 없네요

Didn’t have conditioner. Very good room with simple stuff. Very small. Good bed and AC. Great location. Nobody make a comment about the platinum status or offered an upgraded or anything.

Fantastic room in a great location. Perfect for exploring all Bilbao had to offer. If we ever find ourselves back in Bilbao, we'd for sure stay here again. And the staff could not have been nicer, especially Patricia. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants to eat at, but also took the time to suggest stops on our drive to A Coruna. And she was super helpful in making sure the luggage that got lost during our flight made it to our room when the airlines delivered it. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Sauberes Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Wir haben nicht gefrühstückt, das war uns zu teuer. Angenehm jeden Tag Wasser, Tee und Kaffee auf dem Zimmer zu haben.

Parking is insanely tight. I wouldn’t recommend having a car here. We had to as this was last night of long trip. It wish I didn’t have the car. Great location. Basic hotel. Feels more like business hotel not for fun. Very sterile. Didn’t love it but we had stayed in amazing places previous to this. The top sheet was not under the duvet? Weird. Doors slam, so loud if people on your floor. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Well located hotel for the Guggenheim and all the good restaurants and bars just across the river. Convenient though slightly pricey car park underneath. Decent sized standard room, but completely soulless, not even a picture on the wall and the mattress is hard as stone! Good shower and bathroom. A fair selection at the buffet breakfast, be prepared to be told very firmly where to sit!

Zimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig, Frühstück war ausreichend. Parkgarage direkt unter den Hotel. Lage sehr günstig zwischen Art District und Altstadt

The rooms were small with unimpressive views. It’s in a semi-central, but uninteresting neighborhood. It’s totally acceptable for a basic stay. I did not have the breakfast. As usual, it’s overpriced. I would not stay there again.

Good location close to river promenade and easy access to old town for bars restaurants for the local tapas..pinxtos. Also well situated for short 10 minute walk to the Guggenheim.

The women at the front desk were delightful. The communication via email was excellent. We enjoyed our Jr Suite with view of the river and trees. The colored glass brightened the room on cloudy days, but could be blocked by black out shades if desired. The sofa bed was not comfortable to sit on and the carpet rather worn.

Don't stay in room 408. The electrical plugs are really slow and the outlets are broken. It is right next to the stairwell and the maids are slamming the doors all the time. Additionally, the closet doors in the rooms are not constructed well and they slam automatically. I brought up these issues with the front desk about the electrical issues in room 408 and asked if I might have another room and they said they'd get back to me. Of course there was no follow through and when I did ask it just blew me off. So we paid about $100 a night under a special deal so perhaps it's you get what you pay for. I'm not sure any of the rooms in this hotel are super nice but it is a convenient location. Crazy people yelling at night and you can hear bottles breaking in the morning when they come to recycle. No restaurant service in the hotel they only serve buffet. Staff is nice but unresponsive and no follow through.

Hotel is 10 min walk yo the Guggenheim Museum and 20 min to the Old Town. The staff were friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the room itself was disappointing, especially for a triple occupancy. It was quite small, and the beds were not very comfortable. The overall condition of the room felt worn, with older materials that didn’t match the price point. There were also some practical issues—there were flies in the room, and basic amenities were lacking. There were no USB charging ports, no complimentary water, and no fridge, which we would normally expect at this level. Overall, while the location and staff were positives, the room quality and amenities did not meet our expectations for the price.
