솔직히 처음엔 좀 싫었던게 체크인 전 캐리어를 맡기는 과정에서 저희와 동시에 도착하신 백인 할머니를 대하는 것과 저희(한국인)를 대하는 것이 좀 달라서(할머니는 그냥 짐 받아서 체크인 전 짐 맡기는 공간에 보관/ 우리는 짐 맡기기전에 여권 체크부터 여러가지 과정들을 다 거친 후 체크인 전 짐 맡기는 공간에 자리가 충분히 남아있었음에도 불구하고 체크아웃 후 짐 맡기는 공간에 보관해서 오후 3시 이후 체크인하러 갔을 때 다른 직원이 안녕히 잘 가시라고 인사했었음^^;;;)..였습니다. 스페인 포르투갈 여행하면서 ㅇ ㅏ... 여전히 동양인 차별 그냥 무턱대고 싫어하고 깔보는구나...를 조금씩 느꼈던 것이 있어서 아무것도 아닌 것이 크게 느껴졌던 건지도 모르겠습니다. 외려 체크인 하고 나서는 전혀 그런 차별을 받는다는 느낌은 없었습니다. 그렇기 때문에 이 호텔을 추천하며(첫인상만 별로였습니다. 마주치는 직원분들마다(어떤 파트에 계시던) 너무 따뜻한 미소로 대해주셔서 좋았고 무엇보다 빌바오를 방문한 목적이었던 구겐하임 미술관에 매일 산책하듯 하루에도 몇번씩 갈 수 있었던 게 정말 좋았습니다. 잠귀가 밝으신 분들에게는 어쩌다 들리는 길가 소음 대비를 위한 귀마개 추천합니다. 방들이 다닥다닥 붙어있는 느낌이었는데도 다른 방에서 들리는 소음때문에 신경쓰였던 적은 없네요

청결하고 서비스 마인드 좋고 주변에 바로 구겐하임 미술관 및 시내도 가까워서 추천할만합니다. 다만 치약치솔 키트 및 실내 슬리퍼는 구비되어 있지 않고 별도로 카운터에 말씀하셔야 합니다.

Staff were freindly and helpfull. Breakfast was plentiful and with a wide variety of choice.

Great location. Just had a tiny room with a skylight - not a window, much less a window I could see out of, and definitely not facing the river. For the price, that was disappointing.

Very good hotel, centrally placed however bar shut at 11pm on Monday and Tuesday which was far too early for a hotel in a vibrant city

Hotel Hesperia was a wonderful location between old town, new plaza, Guggenheim & transportation! Everyone was friendly & helpful!

Location and kindness of the staff. Being in the center of the city it was a bit difficult to find parking for the car

El hotel está súper bien ubicado, todo se puede hacer caminando, las habitaciones del 6to piso necesitan remodelación. El personal es muy amable y el plus del hotel es el super Parking para huéspedes.

The staff was very helpful, and it was great that they had water/coffee/ice and snacks in the lobby. The cleaning staff was also very detailed and great when we had any requests.

We had bad WIFI in our room the first night. Way better after changing to another room plus with a nice view to the river. Location was perfect. Spectacular breakfast. We loved our stay.

Wasn’t a fan of their dinner/ options and the very worn out carpet. Other than that very nice staff and good location.

Nicely located within walking distance of old city center and Guggenheim museum. Room was clean and breakfast was great. Only minor issue was that in the room we stayed we could clearly hear the noise from the street

Very close to everything all walkable.Underground parking convenient.Breakfast was adequate. Rooms were a little small, not much storage, especially for 2 large suitcases, which had to stay on floor and we had to walk over them to get to door. I’m not keen on open plan bathrooms which this had, but we knew that when booking.

空港からタクシーで36ユーロでした。ロストバゲージした際にフロントのスタッフの方に受け取りなど、助けて頂きました。 バスタブ、ポット、冷蔵庫有りです。小さなジムもあります。近くにケーブルカーの乗り場があり、そのそばにスーパーもあります。ミネラルウォーターも毎日サプライしてもらえました。朝食はシャンパン？や、バスクの特産のチーズやスイーツもありました。お勧めです。
