솔직히 처음엔 좀 싫었던게 체크인 전 캐리어를 맡기는 과정에서 저희와 동시에 도착하신 백인 할머니를 대하는 것과 저희(한국인)를 대하는 것이 좀 달라서(할머니는 그냥 짐 받아서 체크인 전 짐 맡기는 공간에 보관/ 우리는 짐 맡기기전에 여권 체크부터 여러가지 과정들을 다 거친 후 체크인 전 짐 맡기는 공간에 자리가 충분히 남아있었음에도 불구하고 체크아웃 후 짐 맡기는 공간에 보관해서 오후 3시 이후 체크인하러 갔을 때 다른 직원이 안녕히 잘 가시라고 인사했었음^^;;;)..였습니다. 스페인 포르투갈 여행하면서 ㅇ ㅏ... 여전히 동양인 차별 그냥 무턱대고 싫어하고 깔보는구나...를 조금씩 느꼈던 것이 있어서 아무것도 아닌 것이 크게 느껴졌던 건지도 모르겠습니다. 외려 체크인 하고 나서는 전혀 그런 차별을 받는다는 느낌은 없었습니다. 그렇기 때문에 이 호텔을 추천하며(첫인상만 별로였습니다. 마주치는 직원분들마다(어떤 파트에 계시던) 너무 따뜻한 미소로 대해주셔서 좋았고 무엇보다 빌바오를 방문한 목적이었던 구겐하임 미술관에 매일 산책하듯 하루에도 몇번씩 갈 수 있었던 게 정말 좋았습니다. 잠귀가 밝으신 분들에게는 어쩌다 들리는 길가 소음 대비를 위한 귀마개 추천합니다. 방들이 다닥다닥 붙어있는 느낌이었는데도 다른 방에서 들리는 소음때문에 신경쓰였던 적은 없네요

제가봐도 너무 좋은 말만 한것같아서 거짓말같을까봐, 특히 한국인을 위해 먼저 적습니다. 여기 진짜 짱입니다. 이 호텔 잡은 제가 레전드 럭키비키입니다.. 여기 접근성도 호텔앞 뷰도 구겐하임과의 거리도 진짜 짱이에요. 주비주리교를 바라보며 벤치에 앉아서 사색을 즐겨보시길 바랍니다. I had such a wonderful experience at here. The facilities were excellent and immaculately clean. Above all, the kindness of the hotel staff left an incredibly positive first impression of Bilbao. They provided me with a map, recommended great pintxo spots, and suggested various attractions to explore. While I’m sure they extend the same hospitality to all their guests, their warmth and care felt especially touching to me. Thanks to them, my trip to Bilbao, which I initially planned with only the Guggenheim Museum in mind, turned into a much richer experience. It made me realize how significant those brief encounters with hotel staff can be in shaping one’s perception of a region. If I ever return to Bilbao, I would love to stay at this hotel again. Thank you so much! While my limited English might not have fully conveyed my gratitude and emotions in person, I hope this review does. My heartfelt thanks to every staff member I met during my stay. I loved this hotel. I got a superior room, which has a little sitting room for one right on the Paseo, near the river. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel location was excellent between the Calatrava bridge and the Guggenheim museum. The front desk staff was very helpful.

Lovely staff, great breakfast, good location, and a very effective air conditioning unit!

The suite felt and smelt tired—this hotel has seen better days. I wasn’t a fan of the pink and green tinted windows and wish we had natural light throughout the unit. We easily found street parking nearby and only had to pay for a couple of hours since it was free between 7pm-9am. The hotel staff was nice and professional. Breakfast was good. Location couldn’t be beat and the neighborhood was calm-quiet.

This is a huge shout out to Patricia on the front desk without whom our experience would have been very different and not enjoyable. And a shout out to the cleaning staff who do a wonderful job. The difference in rooms is huge; standard rooms are small and light deprived with no view other than concrete. If you can, book the rooms at the front with a view of the river. Breakfast is difficult for vegetarians and after a while becomes repetitive. Despite being a 4-star, amenities are limited. Guggenheim is a 10mins walk away.

Super gelegen, in kurzer Laufdistanz zum Guggenheim Museum, der Altstadt und direkt am Fluss. Zimmer waren sauber und groß genug.

We have been traveling through Spain for 3 weeks now and this hotel is by far the very best one! We upgrades to a junior suite with a sofa bed and the room was huge. The dining and living area were great for having meals. The hotel staff was extremely gracious and helpful. Also so convenient to have a parking garage. We loved the neighborhood as it was quiet and residential but just minutes across the bridge to the main spots.

Das Hotel hat eine prima Lage, direkt am Nervion Fluss gelegen und in direkter Nähe zur Innen- und Altstadt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Zudem gibt es in direkter Nähe Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Unser Zimmer war ruhig und soweit total in Ordnung und es hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Lediglich am Mobiliar gab es den ein oder anderen minimalen Schönheitsfehler, der aber nicht ins Gewicht fiel! Insgesamt eine wirklich empfehlenswertes Hotel, das wir jederzeit gerne wieder buchen würden!

Effectivement efficient friendly service

I really appreciated the location, for example within walking distance of The Gugenheim. Additionally, as a solo traveller, I felt very safe. Other places I stayed in Spain were noisy but this hotel was quiet and peaceful.
