Need to have hot breakfast. And get a heated pool

OKish rooms, very old property. Corridor rugs need to be replaced. So does the room wallpapers. Bathroom was just holding on with faith so far. Breakfast was namesake. Basically high fat, high sugar refined cupcakes and brewed coffee. Nothing else.

You get what you pay for..if you just need a place to sleep its fine. Dont expect anything extravagant..beds were ok but not great. Pool burned your eyes...rooms werent very updated but for that price we got what we needed

Very clean and friendly staff

Hotel doesn't look like much on the outside. Parking lot is not in the best of repair. But inside is much better than expected. Clean, comfortable easy to get to.

I like everything about the property except for the complimentary breakfast it was pretty bare bones.

The receptionist was such a sweet lady and very helpful with all of requests and questions during our stay! The blankets on the beds could be updated, but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Although the building is old, the inside is updated and very clean. The staff very friendly. It was a great stay.

Great short stay

I honestly don’t understand how this place has so many good reviews. The stairs are disgusting. They were black on the middle from being so dirty. The rooms were not good. We found a dirty sock in a bed, the pillows were flat, there was mold all over the bathroom, and it smelled awful. Breakfast was just random donut packages.

Loved the recliner in the room. With sleep apnea, the recliner was a great bonus.

Prime Rate Motel is a bit run-down, but a good value for the price. Service was pleasant and polite. The chair in our room was unpleasant to sit in due to not having been cleaned sufficiently. The wiring in our room was flawed somehow, which made the lights go on and off together randomly until upon multiple attempts you could get them all to shut off or on together.

We chose the hotel due to its price and star rating from previous reviews. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower pressure was great. The complimentary shampoo was a sachette the size of an individual ketchup packet…. So not ideal for hair down to my waist. A road crew was staying at the hotel long term. They have taken up residence and didn’t have much consideration for others. Loud in the hallways, setting up BBQs outside our room window, and minutes parking in the evening due to their large equipment. It served our purpose, but meh.

We stayed at this hotel on our way back home. Overall, the room was fairly clean, and the beds were comfortable. The rest of the hotel seemed kind of dingy and in need of a makeover. For breakfast, the hot chocolate machine was empty and there were a few prepackaged pastries available. It was pretty inconvenient to get to this hotel because of all of the construction. I don’t feel like it lived up to the ratings on Expedia. If given the choice, I wouldn’t stay here again.
