I am staying this hotel 3-4 times in a year whenever go to Al coy for business. Of cause it was one of best hotel during this trip to Spain and Italia.

I am used staying hotel Sercotel Alcoy whenever I am visit this sity for my besiness 3-4times in a year because of very clean and kind and all staff are very prepared for serving clients.

Whenever come to this city. Always staying this hotel. All people are so kind and they knows very well how they have to attend their guest. I am always satisfied.

The rooms had nice toiletries in them but overall were basic. No kettle in the room which would have been nice and most photos show a kettle available. The hotel bar closes early leaving guests no opportunity to get a drink. The double bed had a broke foot and despite informing staff this was not fixed during the stay.

Nice room, very clean. Comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast was excellent. Curtains need to close more snugly to block out light from the street.

Betjeningen var hyggelige og vi fikk lys i lampen som ikke virket og fikk satt i gang varmeanlegget når det koblet seg ut. Wifi var elendig og det var umulig å se film, det hele ble bare en hakkete stopp opplevelse. Mistet også nettforbindelsen flere ganger. Varslet personalet men ingenting skjedde

Después de reservar una habitación superior por narices me he tenido que ir a una habitación estándar y el Hotel se lava las manos y no me ha querido poner una habitación de lo que yo había contratado habitaciones pequeñas muy antiguas. He pasado frío en fin he sido cliente del Hotel mucho tiempo y no no no merecía este trato. Muchas gracias

Clean, decent size room with a lovely shower and good bathroom. We also had a small balcony which was nice. Great staff

Very short walk to the areas I wanted to go, very safe. Very traditional Spanish town. Quiet, people very helpful when I needed directions, etc.
