Comfortable stay great staff room service has good food

Bathrooms need renovation. Carpet and Furniture need to be replaced. Very poor breakfast.

This hotel was provided as a replacement from expedia for a last minute cancellation. Nice and simple hotel, you get what you pay for. Views from the rooftop are nice!

Hotel przy ruchliwej ulicy ale bardzo wygodne łóżko pozwala wypocząć i spać bardzo twardo. Klimatyzacja działa dobrze i nie bardzo głośno. Pokój nie jest duży ale ma wszystko co potrzeba. Lodówka a nie micro mini bar jest bardzo przydatna, sejf, przyjemna pościel i co najważniejsze białe dobrze chłonne ręczniki! Nie kolorowe, które od razu dają podejrzenie, że nie są dobrze zdezynfekowane. Pokój jak na standardy egipskie jest czysty w miejscach najbardziej użytkowych jak pościel, łazienka czy szafa. Na meblach nie ma kurzu. Personel reagujacy bardzo szybko. Natychmiast skutecznie naprawione zapchana i przeciekająca umywalka.Jest to hotel dla arabskich gości zatem śniadanie było orientalne ale głodnym się po nim nie jest. Hotel nie jest nowy ale widać, że dbają by gościom było w nim miło i wygodnie. Wifi dziala w pokoju barbardzo dobrze. Jest to dobry stosunek jakości do ceny dlatego polecam ten hotel.

On m’a facturé des frais en plus arriver sur place soi-disant service personnel ( je ne sais pas de quelle service ils me parlaient) j’aimerais un remboursement

Jeg havde reserveret hotelværelset, og jeg skulle betale det fulde beløb da jeg ankom. det stod klart og tydeligt på min reservation. Men da jeg ankom krævede de 15 euro ekstra pr. nat. Det var rent nasseri.
