3명 가족이 triple room으로 예약했습니다. 킹베드 1개, 싱글베드 1개로 구성되어 있었고 침대는 매우 편안했습니다. 가장 위층이라 창문은 천장밖에 없었지만 방이 넓어서 답답하지 않았습니다. 천장 창문은 자동 커튼으로 닫을 수 있는 구조라 잠자는데 방해되지는 않았습니다. 12월 31일에 숙박해 Year End Party를 즐길 수 있었고, 호텔 직원들은 전반적으로 친절했습니다. 캐리어가 있고 우버를 이용하지 않으면 오르막 길이 있어 조금 힘들 수는 있습니다. 그래도 관광지들과 도보 이동권이라 접근성이 매우 용이합니다.

Great central location and useful to be able to leave bags at reception after checkout. Breakfast was amazing, huge choice and replenished regularly. Hotel a lovely place to sit around in & bedroom well equipped but our room on 4th floor was in the eaves with windows we couldn’t see out of. Not a problem for our short stay but wouldnt want to spend a week without a view

Localización y servicio es lo que considero màs destacado, aunque la limpieza también es un punto a destacar. Lo único que puedo mencionar como algo negativo, es el tamaño de la habitación, la cual considero pequeña considerando que es un Hotel de 5 estrellas.

This is five star service under a four star Banner!! I was here last month for a 10 day business trip and I was really impressed. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and I’m not an easy guest. - I have many specific request due to health issues and they accommodated everything without hesitation and a huge smile. Nothing is a problem. Nothing is an issue. Breakfast is awesome! Given its location and service, there’s no place I’d stay in Madrid.

The hotel is located in an excellent location. In walking distance of museums, parks, restaurants, bars and plenty more. The decor was beautiful, breakfast fantastic and entire stay was extremely comfortable. Especially with the sound proof rooms.

Good size room, very nice hotel. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The only complaint is the AC in our room didn’t blow air very well so it got a little warm at night.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff is wonderful, the breakfast buffet was very good, and the location was very centrally located.

I’ll give you point by point. The rooms are horrible, the staff is bad, and the amenities are VERY BASIC. 1. I arrived early. Asked if they could accommodate. They had many rooms but asked for 35 Euros in early check in fees. 2. I agreed to pay the fee. But the room I was given was on their top most floor. The room had low ceiling and I meant really low ceiling. You’ll feel claustrophobic within 10 seconds after walking into the room. This is AFTER PAYING THE 35 Euros!! 3. The next room they gave me was equally bad! At this point I couldn’t waste my time and I just accepted to stay in it. 4. I needed to iron my shirt for a meeting. The hotel doesn’t have any irons in the room. That’s probably a thing in Spain so that wasn’t the issue. The issue was the gentleman who brought the iron and the pathetic excuse of the ironing board. I was “instructed” to “finish the task quickly and call us because we only have two in the hotel.” 5. The hotel is very confusing. There are no proper signs on how to get to the first floor (to exit), there are steps - up and down - on the floors so god forbid if you have luggage, you’ll need to pick it up again and again. 6. And it’s inside a lane, which is inside another lane. So forget having your Uber come over in time. Overall, stay away.

The hotel location couldn’t have been better. Easy walk to everything, from food and drinks to the Retiro Park. Great customer service and great rooms. Parking also available since we had a rental car. I will highly recommended.

Right in Huerta close to three main museums of Madrid, with plenty of great restaurants around

The room was very clean, bathroom amenities were very well maintained and clean. The staff was very kind, warm, welcoming, and offered help and services when we were passing by the lobby. Excellent access to taxis and trains. Many incredible bars and tapas options near by. Highly recommend staying here.

Everything was great.

Cuarto muy amplio, agradable y limpio. A pesar de estar en un lugar muy bullicioso, en el cuarto no se escuchaba nada. Buen aislado. El staff muy atento y fue una lástima que no tuvimos tiempo para disfrutar de su restaurante. Sí lo vimos y está muy lindo, pero por compromisos no pudimos tener oportunidad de comer ahí. Toallas y sábanas en muy buenas condiciones y ubicación buena.
