방이 넓고 주차공간도 야유롭고 좋았습니다

전반적으로 깨끗한 느낌은 없습니다. 4인 가족이 머물기에 적합한 크기와 방과 시설이지만, 시설이 좀 오래되었다는 느낌이 있습니다. 욕실에 이전 사용자의 양말이 방치되어 있어서 청소가 제대로 된 것인지 의심스러웠습니다. 수건은 너무 오래 사용한 것으로 보입니다.

Staffs are kind and the hotel is convenient to move around city.

Enough space to stay with ease, and especially, the family room is very good for our my wife and two children.

Clean room and staff friendly, good location

Great hotel in the centre of Granada. Near to sights and eateries.

Hotel location is okay, 30 min walk to St Nicolas point view. 5 min walk to supermarket. There is a bar opposite the hotel and this gets very noisy at night. I had to put on my noise cancelling headphones so I could sleep. You can also hear the traffic on the roads, even with the windows closed. There were no freebies given like other hotels, they have hand soap and cream in the dispensers and the same for the shower but that’s it. They gave teas on the first day of our stay but only give it on the first day. Hotel cleaning for the rooms is below average. There were three of us in a triple room, but only 2 of everything was provided in the room. The room seems a bit dated. The air conditioning kept turning off after a few hours, we told reception and later a handy man came and fixed it. The customer service skills of some of the staff members I spoke to at the reception desk was really bad. When we called reception, they showed attitude and cut the phone off on us. We asked for a spoon and he said you have to get it from the bar and then cut the line. The highlight and the good thing about this hotel is the breakfast. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel in Spain, the dining area is big and the 2 male staff members that worked in the breakfast area were so nice and friendly. The wi-fi worked fine too.

Professional staff, friendly housekeeping staff. Comfortable, clean, spacious rooms; great location close to restaurants, bars, tourist zones and historical sites. Parking spots are quite tight, best for a small car. We were a family of four and everyone thought the beds were comfortable in our family room. Front desk staff are multilingual and helpful. We would definitely stay here again in Granada.

No air conditioning and the room was quite warm but could open windows to let in cooler air. Front desk were very helpful. Restaurant across the road highly recommended. Delicious!

Lovely hotel - immaculately clean with lovely welcoming staff. Parking available (extra charge) which is brilliant and easy to access. Hotel 15 min walk from the am centre and Cathedral so great position. Lots of shopping nearby and plenty of resultants m, bars etc close by if you don’t want to walk to the centre. Breakfast is a feast everything you could want and plenty available - including Cava what more could you want on holiday. A very nice hotel with plenty to offer would definitely stay here again

Super comfortable bed! Maybe the comfiest hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Clean and nice hotel overall. It’s not super conveniently located though. It’s not very close to central Granada.

Alhambra is approximately 20 minutes by CAR from the hotel.

Todo excelente, buen trato, desayuno muy bueno. 10/10

Quarto excelente, cama confortável, lençóis muito bons, bares e restaurantes pertos com preços atrativos. 15 a 20 minutos do centro andando. Tem estacionamentos 15 euroa dia.
