전반적으로 깨끗한 느낌은 없습니다. 4인 가족이 머물기에 적합한 크기와 방과 시설이지만, 시설이 좀 오래되었다는 느낌이 있습니다. 욕실에 이전 사용자의 양말이 방치되어 있어서 청소가 제대로 된 것인지 의심스러웠습니다. 수건은 너무 오래 사용한 것으로 보입니다.

Staffs are kind and the hotel is convenient to move around city.

Enough space to stay with ease, and especially, the family room is very good for our my wife and two children.

Fantastic all around! Antonio at reception during the day is a wonderful person and provided us with friendly & excellent assistance. Our service staff ladies were also wonderful. The rooms are so clean and beds are beautifully made. Bathrooms are very clean. Breakfast buffet is phenomenal! Breakfast staff from the friendly chef to the 2 gentlemen manning the dining room are friendly and exceptional. We will definitely stay here again when in Granada! Also an excellent neighborhood with great restaurants and bakeries.

Todo muy bien, fuimos la familia, utilizamos dos habitaciones en la 4ª planta y todo fantástico (especialmente Paco en recepcion). Si tengo que poner algun pero, en una de las habitaciones olía ligeramente un poco raro, como a desagüe, despues de ducharnos y usar los grifos del labavo ya no se percibía, asunto arreglado sin tener que avisar a nadie. Por lo demás todo genial.

Kind staff, closeness to public transportation. The ac was still and did it's job. Breakfast was good for a morningstart. I recommend this place.

Bed are great and clean

Nos ha gustado mucho la ubicación, llegas andando al centro en 10 minutos. El metro lo tienes a 200 metros. La habitacion era muy amplia, muy bien equipada, no se escuchan ruidos y esta muy bien climatizada "algo muy importante con las altas temperaturas que estamos teniendo" Lo recomiendo 100%

Todo fantástico, personal ayudando con mi tema de diabetes guardando enfriadores...volveremos seguro

Great location

No sería el aire acondicionado del gimnasio haciéndolo imposible de usar. Muy buen desayuno buffet.

It was convenient and very clean

This was a good hotel for our trip. Location is good. Receptionist was helpful. The hotel parking was tricky to find. The only issue we had is with bathroom door making squeaky noise. Also like many hotels in Spain there is lack of tissue paper.

Nice staff parking is extra but worth it

Tha breakfast was very good, very diversified.
