넓고 쾌적한 방과 화장실! 라구사라서 다른지역보다 가격도싼데 시설은 좋앗어요. 사진보다 나아요~

찾기 너무 어려움. 이름이 웨스턴 호텔로 써 있어서 내가 예약한 곳이 아닌가 했음. 왜인지 모르지만 발이 빠른 조그만 곤충 3마리를 본 이후론 정이 떨어짐. 뜨거운 물이 대부분이어서 찬물 찾기 어려움. 화상 입을 뻔함. 찬물 나오는 부분이 5%라면 뜨거운 물 나오는 곳이 95%, 샤워하기 너무 고통스러웠음

very bad smell throughout the entire floor hallway and the rooms smelled disgusting… The staff was very friendly, and when I reported the smell, they attempted to help recognized. It was horrible, but put a little spray which you did hardly anything at all and only for a couple of minutes.

Ho prenotato una junior suite, la camera era abbastanza comoda. Il letto abbastanza comodo ma il piumone era terribile, dentro era pieno di grumi che davano fastidio, sicuramente non da junior suite. La vasca idromassaggio molto comoda ma la rubinetteria dei lavandini e della doccia terribili, ho dovuto chiedere alla reception di mandare qualcuno a togliere un po’ di calcare dai rubinetti perché faceva fatica ad uscire l’acqua. Colazione abbastanza povera, non da 4 stelle

Un buen hotel de cuatro estrellas, pero en el que el desayuno va un poco justo. Suficiente para un día en Ragusa.

The location is good. We reserved parking in advanceso wecpuld park in underground parking. The room is fair size. Breakfast is nice. No coffe maker and kettle.

This hotel has spacious rooms in good condition. It is situated 12 mins walk from the railway station towards the cathedral and is well situated for the Ragusa side of town.

Hotel bien situé, Personnel à la réception sympathique. Par contre climatisation trés insuffisante (nous etions à presque 30° dans la chambre. Le réctionniste s'est excusé pour ce désagrement et nous a fait cadeau du prix du parking

Bom hotel com difícil acesso de carro a garagem. Fizemos inúmeras voltas até conseguir acessar a garagem do hotel.

Hôtel difficile à trouver dans la ville à cause des travaux et autres attractions qui nous ont fait tourner en rond pendant un moment. Chambre très bien, spacieuse et très grand lit. Personnel très serviable et de bons conseils. Petit déjeuner au top. Parking en souterrain mais payer 10 euros. Ça les vaut largement car impossible de se garer à proximité.

Buona Strutturata ottima reception

The hotel looks contemporary. Think 1970s cruise ship. The entire place was spotlessly clean. All staff members were helpful and friendly. Garage staff were great as well. Noise was a bit of an issue with the windows open. Some rooms are small and cumbersome. Others are huge and lovely. The shower was the best I’ve had in Sicily. Beds were comfortable. The bar staff was outstanding. La Bomba pizza down the street was cheap and tasty.

We struggled getting to this hotel. The bridge across the gap was one-way...the wrong way. After I broke the law to run in for instructions, the staff person directed me down this curved road to a tiny parking garage with a kooky man in charge. We were highly confused, language issues, but we got to our room. Our room was sizeable, with a balcony looking out over the gap, bridge, and kooky man's parking garage. We are happy when a room has as many chairs as occupants. I enjoyed the comfort of the bed. The bathroom was fine except the shower was quite constrained--aka small. But hey, we're just passing thru. OK place.

I chose this hotel for its location and for onsite parking. This hotel is old and worn looking, it can use a total renovation. Location if very nice on the main shopping street, short walk to main tourist spot. The breakfast that is included is good, not as good as other Italian hotels.

The bed was terrible and the shower was very dangerous

Soggiorno più che soddisfacente! Camere spaziose, confortevoli e pulite. Ottima la colazione, con una grande varietà di cibi in grado di soddisfare anche i palati più esigenti. Personale qualificato, gentile e cordiale. Comodissimo il garage che dà accesso direttamente nella hall!!! Ottimo il rapporto qualità - prezzo. Lo consiglierei ai miei amici. Alla prossima
