As normal I was impressed with the service I received, the staff were very dedicated to the clients. I liked the improvement of food choice and it was a varied menu.

Staff are all friendly and helpful, good value

Hotel is customer focused. Stayed for a week. Had a lovely time.

Hotel enkel geschikt voor studentengroepen. Wij zijn een nacht vroeger vertrokken want het was een waar gekkenhuis tot 's morgens vroeg. Eten was saai, het hotel is aan totale renovatie toe en hygiëne was niet ok.

Very nice affordable hotel. Have been staying here for several years now and would recommend it to everyone.

Good location for travelling around the island

Staff were lovely, place was conveniently located.

Para ser un 3 estrellas parece de 2 podría ser mejor la limpieza, mucho ruido de los adolescentes q se hospedan para estudiar.

The pool was nice and the beds comfortable. It would be nice if the staff cleaned the floor of the room though. If that happened I couldn't tell. The rest of the cleaning was well done though! The kettle also had a European plug and thus could not plug into Malta's British-style sockets. If I hadn't had a travel adapter with me I couldn't have used it

Good breakfast . Staff was nice . Rooms are like from last last century ,beds n pillows unfomfortable . Plus the aircondition makes horrible noise all night

Great breakfast, room is simply but clean.

I stayed at the Topaz with a family member needing a walking stick and unable to walk far. The hotel was a great choice. With easy access to get around the hotel, with various lifts, spacious restaurant and very helpful staff

Detta är helt ett ok hotell. Det är i lite illa skick men ändå värt sitt pris. Läget är mycket bra. Tjänsten är riktigt trevlig och personalen mycket hjälpsam. Rummet jag hade var ett mycket standardrum. Det stora minuset är duschen, den är väldigt liten och tät och känns lite klaustrofobisk. Uppvärmning av vattnet i duschen var antingen extremt varmt eller väldigt kallt och ganska svårt att få det emellan. Och även toaletten var precis bredvid duschen så lite trång här också. Men eftersom min resa bara var för att dyka. Detta passade mig perfekt.

Günstige Unterkunft im Norden Maltas. Alles nötige vorhanden. Tägliche Zimmerreinigung. 5 Minuten zum Supermarkt, Bus und den nächstgelegenen Restaurants. Wasserkocher und Tassen im Zimmer vorhanden.

I requested a ground floor as my legs sometimes give way which did not happen I was put on the second floor after a day a on arrival the lift broke which meant I had to walk further. Also I put do not disturb on my door yet the cleaners still tried to enter. Other than the above the staff were fantastic

Really the best hotel i tryed a

Short break 3 nights. Good standard of fixtures and fittings with kettle, cups and mini fridge. Plenty of hot water and very warm and cosy heating. No complaints for what I paid.
