I would not recommend the hotel. Air conditioning and electricity did not work.

Absolutely recommended

This is NOT a 4-star hotel as you have it listed. That is false advertising and misleading. The pictures you have on the listing don't nmatch the reality of the hotel! The hotel is old, and needs and upgrade ASAP. The rooms are small and there is a musty smell. The hotel looks very run down, with wallpaper falling apart and wood chipped on doors and baseboards and pretty much everywhere. The carpet looks dirty and they only did my room once after a 5 day visit, the only thing they changed during my stay was my towels but everything else was dirty. The only "pro" was the location. Very safe and transportation was convenient but I will never stay at this hotel again.

The only problem with a hotel was a manager on 7/24 @7:00 am in the morning who’s name he didn’t want to give me; couldn’t solve basic issues about my stay. I rented 5 rooms and paid over 11,000,000 euros during the week. As everyone at 7am in the morning I was in a rushing to the airport, I needed to extend two rooms for and additional night. This terrible person couldn’t solve basic guest Concerns. after 1 hour I decided to solve my issue on Expedia. This “manager” is so bad that he had the maid come and talk to me about the issue! On the other hand, two guys did and excellent job “Paul” and Akshay.

Staff were very helpful room was quite and comfortable the air con a little bit noisy but nice and cool and breakfast had a great choice.

Todo muy bien; es cuestión de renovar alfombra de pasillos (se percibe sucia y avejenta el lugar) y algunos detalles de pintura en los pasillos. La litera está raspada, le falta un retoque de pintura.

The hotel is great located but is not 4 starts, is a 3. Fine for a short stay.

Un hotel súper bien ubicado, lo mejor el Staff gente con un gran corazón y un trato de 10, tuve un detalle con mi perrita y el staff se portó increíble, con la mayor calidez humana que he recibido de alguien a mi perrihija, sin duda volveremos siempre ✨🙏

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo, la primera hace 10 años, y ahora pensando que iba a haber alguna Reforma, porque la cadena es muy buena, pero decepcionante totalmente, pedí uno con dos camas, me dieron una sola, el baño pegado a la habitación, cero intimidad, pequeñito dos elevadores para el tránsito, lástima de ubicación, supongo que prefiere la rentabilidad a la comodidad de los huéspedes, y claro por el buen precio que manejan, pero honestamente con €50 te puedes quedar algo también por la zona igual o mejor calidad

Las instalaciones están muy descuidadas y el precio calidad no es lo que vale. El desayuno muy bueno. El aire acondicionado no servía mucho, no enfriaba mucho el aire.
