1. Room: Fairly clean and simple. No complain 2. Hotel in General: Decent overall. 3. Swimming Pool: Due to the amount of people, I saw yellow sun tan oil floating around the pool. Not so clean. 4. Meal: Considering it all-inclusive, the foods are not so bad. quite variety of dishes. 5. Staff: Mostly friendly and helpful. 6. Surroundings: There are a couple of famous clubs near by. Ticket booth and small supermakets are available near. close to the airport. 7. Beach: Easy access to the beach and beach is nice. 8. Internet: Good enough to check emails and browsing web. Only 2 concurrent users allowed. 9. Water: I could taste salt from the shower. 10. A/C: not strong enough. Had a fan which needed to be used along with the AC.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and all the major clubs, which made it perfect for nightlife in Ibiza. However, the downsides were hard to ignore. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the hotel requires a cash deposit for almost everything, from a beach towel (10 euros) to even an iron. While you do get the money back upon return, the cash only system is inconvenient and unnecessary.

Kept clean & tidy. No where to get alcohol after the pool closes at 7pm. Room was in decent condition apart from the shower floor & bathroom ceiling was in a state. Friendly staff & good value for money. Would stay again.

I liked the beach and pool

Der erste Eindruck wenn man an die Rezeption kommt, ist eigentlich ganz gut. Die Zimmer und Flure sind eine Katastrophe. Alles wirkt veraltet, dreckig und abgerockt - in den Zimmern selbst fehlen die Türen bei den Schränken (zumindest in unserem Zimmer). Schimmelspuren im Badezimmer, kaputte Türen - vom WC möchte ich gar nicht sprechen. Betten sind einfache Betten mit durchgelegenen Matratzen. Für Party-Urlauber mit Sicherheit ok - aber nicht für den Preis. Für 270 € die Nacht absolut nicht akzeptabel. Wenn man die weiteren Rezenzionen liest, dann merkt man schnell, das ich kein Einzelfall bin.

Lo mejor del hotel el personal. El resto un espanto. Es un hotel de la epoca de Esteso y Pajares. Por lo que cobran por noche es realmente un atraco

When checking in to the hotel, the first room we were assigned was covered in bugs when we entered. I went to reception and they were quick to change our room and placed us on the top floor with a view of the sea which was lovely. Whilst in the second room, the door handle broke and we were trapped inside our room for almost an hour. I attempted to call the hotel number 26 times with no answer. My friend finally managed to get through after nearly 30 calls and we waited for someone to come and let us out. Overall the hotel has good facilities, the pool area and bar is great but the rooms are a bit tired and need a refresh.

Die Unterkunft an sich schon eher in die Jahre gekommen und es hat sehr viele Familien was das Ambiente eher laut macht an sich. Wir waren zum feiern hier, daher an sich völlig ausreichend und die Lage dazu perfekt. Essen ist für ein Buffet recht ordentlich. Das Gym kann man vergessen. Auch die Poolanlage an sich inkl. Reinigung des Becken könnte gepflegter sein.

It was next to the beach and all the clubs

I recently stayed at this four-star hotel, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room that lacked Wi-Fi, had a broken couch, and appeared to be unclean. The check-in process was also inefficient, with a 45-minute wait in line. Furthermore, I was overcharged compared to the rate I secured through the app. Given the hotel's four-star rating, I had anticipated a higher level of service and amenities. Hopefully, the hotel will address these issues to provide a better experience for future guests.

This hotel needs to be up kept better, for the price I payed, my towels should have been cleaned and my water should have been hot. Anytime we complained to the front desk they just shrugged their shoulders and said we will talk to someone.

If you want to be walking distance to the clubs in an affordable party hotel than this is a good option. But room was stuffy and smelled a little. Had to carry our suitcases up flight of stairs. Huge breakfast buffet which was plus and walking distance to clubs and beach.

neglected Ibiza hotel,It’s a filthy, outdated dump, barely maintained with just a lazy paint job. Water cut off mid-shower, leaving me covered in soap for nearly two hours—called multiple times, and the staff didn’t give a damn, offering no help. They provide just one towel per day for the beach—imagine going to the beach with one towel, no replacements if it gets dirty, and they demand a cash-only deposit in euros. We didn’t have euros, and the nearest exchange was 20 minutes away—absolutely ridiculous for a supposed resort hotel to nickel-and-dime like this. They don’t even accept credit cards for the deposit! Overpriced, milking Ibiza’s high costs while providing zero service or respect. Avoid this poorly maintained hellhole at all costs.

Took over an hour to get a room ready, Water didn't get hot, AC didn't work

Cleanliness and condition of rooms are the primary issue in this hotel. There is no way you are a 4 star property not by Expedia or any other form of evaluation. I am a hotelier have worked hotels and studied hotel management. Location is superb. Unfortunately the basics of cleaninliness and condition of facilities no where near met. Blood on bathroom floor, hairs, water stains, clearly rushed cleaning of the rooms. Grout from tiles completely missing, amongst a list of others. The housekeeping and engineering team need to really to a hard inspection of rooms. I imagine the hotel management is not supported by ownership or a combo of both. Staff could be friendlier but this is pretty common for Ibiza. High tourist really desensitizes staff to being friendly as they must deal with thousands of visitors from all over the world. A smile or two goes a long way.
