합리적인 가격에 맛있는 식사가 제공되는 호텔입니다. 유아용, 어린이용, 일반용 3가지 수영장이 있으며, 어린이 용에는 워터슬라이드도 있어 매우 훌륭했습니다. 별도로 아이들이 뛰어놀 수 있는 공간도 있어 가족끼리 숙박하기에 매우 좋은 호텔입니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 늦은 시간까지 여는 상점이 있어 간단한 음료 등을 구매할 수 있습니다.

On arrival I was informed I had been upgraded. My room was very comfortable. The bed was fabulous, great pillows, very supportive which is rare in Spain. The bathroom was spotless which is what matters most but there were some stains on the wall near the desk that looked like all they needed was a magic eraser to clean them up. The wardrobe had plenty of hangers and smelt good, all wood. The staff here are very smiley and will readily chat with you if you engage with them. There's alot to entertain the kids here including a unique outside play area complete with trampolines. Spa which is extra charge is not really a spa. There's a sauna, steam room, hot and cold water feature with stones to walk over and 2 water jets in the small pool for muscle pummeling. This area is in need of an upgrade for sure. The lighting is harsh, not spa like whatsoever. The seats around the pool are not for laying back to zone out and relax. And there isn't much room to walk between chairs and pool edge. Whilst I was gently swimming a mature, Spanish woman spoke to me with a raised voice and when I said I didn't understand she became grumpy and repeated herself as if that would make me understand. Turns out she wanted to switch the water jets off so she could swim unhindered. I felt uncomfortable and certainly not relaxed at that point. The food served is great, very good selection for most tastes. The bar seemed understaffed when I was there. The drinks were fresh and well presented.

The staff were polite, very helpful and professional, welcoming and accommodating. The room was lovely and clean with nice views over the city. The wifi was a bit patchy and slow in the room, it kept disconnecting. The breakfast choice was nice and often replenished.

Booked a deluxe room as we wanted a super king bed room was okay but not worth almost £300. We both agreed that the room smelled Smokey or stale. We were offered an alternative room but as we had unpacked we remained. Breakfast was choice of either continental or cooked so no cereal fruit or pastry with your cooked. Nit good enough for almost £300 a night and a bit mean . You could order additional items such as cereal at full menu price £6 or £7 Service at breakfast was slow and with no starters we waited a long time for cooked food with nothing to eat. No refills of tea or additional toast offered.

Hotel-resort, com ótimas condições, ótimo staff, a 10 minutos de caminhada da praia. Boas piscinas e atividades pras crianças. Peca no serviço de alimentação do all-inclusive, no que diz respeito a lanches fora dos horarios das refeições. Tem apenas um “food truck” que serve lanches em horarios reduzidos, o que é insuficiente pra quem paga o all-inclusive. Encerra as 17:45hs, mas as 17:35hs recusaram-se a servir lanche a minha família. Fica aqui a crítica, e a sugestão de oferecerem mais lanches (além de bebidas), em mais horarios do dia, a quem pagou caro pelo all-inclusive.

Överlag väldigt otrevlig och ohjälpsam personal. Dock trevliga i baren och minicluben! Barn är inte välkomna i poolen innan 16 och efter det välkomna mot en kostad. Detta framgick inte när vi ringde hotellet och frågade specifikt innan resan. Efter 16 trängdes alla barnfamiljer i en liten pool och det var allt annat än trevligt. Hotellrummen var små, vår AC fungerade ej som den skulle och säng obekväm. Buffén var dock bra!

We only stayed overnight the hotel was busy but everything was nice and tidy and clean the staff were very attentive. Check in and check out very swift.

Lovely hotel

Noisy slamming of bedroom doors. People bringing buggies into the dining area with so little space already. Children running around the dining area and serving themselves at the food counter - where it clearly asks parents not to allow this. Low grade tv set, lack of tv channel options and poor reception. Very attentive and responsive staff.

Estupendo

L'hôtel RH Princessa est très bien équipé : chambre moderne et confortable, la restauration est très bonne et variée; les petits déjeuners exceptionnels. Le personnel très accueillant et sympathique. L'hôtel est également très bien situé proche de la plage et du centre ville animé, tout est accessible à pied. Aucun Reproche . 👍😉

Great family friendly hotel. Would definitely recommend! We felt very safe here and brilliant facilities for children of all ages and the staff were amazing too! So friendly and helpful.
