Quick easy check in, comfortable room ,breakfast was ok

This property is always convienent when traveling to Birmingham. The staff is friendly and accomodating. However, the rooms are showing some wear. Base molding missing and toilet seat extremely loose.

It was simple to check in an the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great.

Check in was great, super nice and friendly. Price was right and the room clean and comfortable. The kids loved the indoor pool

Nice clean property with an excellent breakfast selection and friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

The room is dirty. Pee on the toilet seat. Hair on the bathroom floor and towels. Towels are old and worn. The room smells like cigarette smoke. Bedsheets and couch seem clean.

The hotel was convienent andthe room was clean. The elevator was down for the two nights I was there.

The elevator was out of service.

Nice hotel with good dining options

Elevator didn’t work and we were had 6 bags to lug up to the third floor. Then we find out the washer and dryer is out of order as well. Staff wasn’t accommodating at all even after speaking with the manager on duty!!

I loved the customer service and the breakfast! Rooms were clean and so comfy!

This property was good but our room smelled like a former smoking room.
