리셉션이 굉장히 친절하고 좋았습니다 또한 호텔에서 제공하는 공항 픽업/센딩 서비스는 택시보다 저렴해요

Relaxing Experience, the staff are very friendly and accomodating. The hotel is near enough in the airport which add on the points. The bar and restaurant food is also very good with reasonable price. The swimming pool is one of the highlight of our stay. The sunset and the view is amazing.... We will definitely going back in this hotel on our next trip to Thessaloniki.

This hotel has a wonderful quiet location that’s away from the highway. The two biggest problems we had at this hotel were noisy AC and a lack of bug screens. An app on my phone registered the AC making a 63 dB noise at low fan setting. The noise at the high setting was 68 dB! When we entered the room, the window was open. There were mosquitos in the room and we got bitten all over before the mosquito pill that you plug in has kicked in. The last problem had to do with the spring mattresses not having enough padding. We didn’t have a good night sleep, and were dealing with mosquito bites for days afterward. Breakfast was good, especially the dessert dishes.

The view was good with the sea in the distance. We are average people but the toilet is too small. Coffee service could be improved .

Oh this is a MUST stay for the views. It is incredible! The staff and restaurant staff are SO FRIENDLY. Such good people!

An old building too far off the main road

This place was excellent. Loved the 3 nights stay at Royal Hotel. Very nice and helpful staff, well-appointed rooms and amenities. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Good quality hotel and with polite and nice staff. Surrounding area is calm and almost countryside. Minus side of this is the lack of shops and restaurants in the close vicinity. But by bus or taxi it is easy to reach for example Mediterranean Kosmos shopping mall. Also this hotel must be good for travellers with a car.

Staff were great. Location good. Would have liked softer pillows and mattress. Dog barking all night outside. Twice we have been no spoons to stir coffee in room. Overall Hotel is very nice.

Personal war sehr höflich, Frühstück große Auswahl. Schöne Aussicht. Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet. Von der Hauptstraße zum Hotel sehr dunkel und das Badezimmer hätte sauberer sein können.

Väldigt fint och avkopplande hotell i utkanten av staden. Något mindre men väldigt trevlig frukost, avkopplande och passande musik vid poolen, rent överallt och vi fick uppgradering av rummet och senare utcheckning. Personalen är otroligt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Poolhanddukar och vatten är jättebra och omhändertagande. Vi åt en trevlig grekisk sallad i restaurangen. Ett minus för restaurangen var att de inte hade Tzatziki vilket man ändå måste ha i Grekland (!?). Det är så lugnt och skönt på hotellet. Vi kan absolut tänka oss att komma tillbaka men det är en sak som hotellet tyvärr får sämsta betyget på och det är öppettiderna av poolen. Det är helt sjukt att man endast får bada mellan klockan 11-19 på dagarna. Det är solläge hela dagen och vid klockan 19 är man absolut inte klar med att njuta av poolen och solen som är helt underbara. Konstigt med att stänga så tidigt med tanke på att hotellet ligger mitt ute i ingenstans och att ingenting erbjuds utanför om man inte tar taxi 10-15 min bort. Hotellet behöver tänka om om just detta! Betyget hade varit full pott om poolen hade öppnat vid kl 09 och stängt vid kl 20-21.
