밥늦게 도착해서 택시를 호텔을 통해 불렀는데 답이 없다가 당일에와서 우버랑 오버부킹되었고 객실에 모기가 있어서 두마리 잡느라…잠설쳤네요.안전한 지역에있고 아침은 괜챦아요

객실 청결도, 직원 친절도, 위치 전부 최고입니다. 다만 방음은 약간 취약.

정말 만족한 호텔이었습니다. 청결함과 친절함이 특히 느껴지는 호텔이었습니다. 저희는 주차장도 사용하였는데, 전혀 불편함 없이 사용하였습니다!! 중심가랑도 가깝고 좋습니다!!! 걸어다니기에 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다:) 정말 추천드립나다🙌

The facilities are clean and wonderful. The staff is always smiling and friendly. I will definitely stay in this hotel if I come back. Thank you for helping us in trouble with parking.

It's near the train station: Aix-en-Provence centreville. Staffs are really nice. The room is clean. Delucious breakfast. I loved the amenities as well.

호텔을 지나 50미터쯤 가면 호텔 소유 주차장 있고요, 직원들 친절했고, 샤워기가 끝내줬습니다. 저는 물줄기가 풍성히 나오는 샤워기가 좋은데 물도 풍성하지만, 그 물이 바닥에 고이지 않고 머리카락까지 다 빠져나가게 설계가 되어 있었습니다. 나오며 안 건데, 1층 로비에 맘껏 즐기게 맥주부터 시작해서 다양한 음료들이 준비되어 있었습니다. 이른 시간에 도착해 호텔서 시간을 편히 보내실 경우엔 이용하시기 좋으실 겁니다. 아침 식사도 좋았구요.

지배인이 한국에서 일을 한 경험이 있어 우호적이고 친절했습니다

So impressed with this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, particularly Kate at breakfast and all those on Reception. Would highly recommend and hope to return one day soon.

Our room was tiny. It was not “spacious “. There were no frills, as in body lotion, cotton balls or q tips. You could not get a basic cocktail at the bar - if you could find the bartender! Breakfast staff was very friendly and the coffee was just ok.

The hotel is in a good location close to the city centre and the room was nice. However, it would be better if there was a power socket near the full length mirror and a small mirror on the table.

We enjoyed our free glass of wine (an Expedia perk, but a nice selection of drinks are available to purchase). Breakfast in the courtyard was lovely. The location was great for us--easy walking distance to restaurants, etc, but quiet even though our room overlooked a main street.

The staff were amazing. They spent an incredible amount of time recommending areas to visit and eat. The hotel was clean and the AC was perfect.

Everything about Hôtel Cezanne was just right. The staff friendly and efficient, the room clean and beautifully appointed. The breakfast although not inexpensive, was ample and delicious.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location is a short walk to where you want to be. The room was nice with plenty of room. I would definitely stay here again if I were back in town.

Sehr schönes Boutique Hotel, sauber, super Betten und Kopfkissen. Fenster Schallschutz, Klimaanlage zum selber regeln, sehr gute Lage, konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen. Freundliches und nettes Personal. Schöner Innenhof und Frühstücksraum. NICHT SO GUT: keine Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad für Utensilien und fehlende Haken für Handtücher. Außerdem steht bei der Buchungsbestätigung des Hotels, dass man einen aktuellen Coronatest oder eine Impfbescheinigung benötigt. Das wurde nicht verlangt und ist bestimmt noch aus der Coronazeit und wurde nicht entfernt. Ich finde, das irritiert

This charming small hotel was a great base from which to visit Aix and all of Provence. It is a short walk to the historic district and the informative and helpful tourist information center. The hotel staff were helpful and knowledgable — when we wanted a special tour on short notice, they arranged for a driver/guide with no fuss. The room was modern, comfortable, quiet and cool (we were there in the middle of heatwave, and the room was a great place to recover from the heat). In sum: the hotel was everything we needed to enjoy our visit to Provence.
