I booked two rooms for three of us. I confirmed with hotel about this. At check in, Iwas charged for the 3rd guest. When i showed my, concern about the extra payement, the receptionist response was a bit unprofessional (i would say with kind words).One of the rooms, the complementary bottle of water was missing and the sh ower did not have water. Reported to reception, but no apology was given, neither a small gesture for the problem. I assume rooms are checked after every departure , but now i think they did not. Despite these issues, tle toom was clean and the chsmbermaids were very kind (the only ones giving farewell with "hoping see you soon again"
