전체 평가 및 리뷰 HECO Calais Centre - Gare

Very strong stale smell of cigarettes. Myself and husband asthmatic - we’re using inhalers heavily all night. Son’s bad above ours had graffiti all over the wall next to his bed. Noise, fighting and music from other rooms all through the night meant very little sleep so we were very tired for our journey home. Very disappointing.

People smoking in the hallways at windows was unacceptable but it seems the staff do it as well so I don’t know if it will be better by telling

Dont believe everything that they offer. Really disappointed, offered bar and seating area with a pool table but didnt mention its only for a couple of hours per day 5 till 9. Looked like a hostel for the homelesss from the outside and the photos must be old because the rooms and areas definitely dont look that good. Breakfast was ok . Thankfully it was only for one night but they did over charge me to what hotel.com quoted me. Will be looking into getting a refund as i feel i didnt get the accommodation i expected.

This is a budget hotel, so don't expect the Ritz. But the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and it has secure parking. We easily walked into the city centre for dinner. Next to the bus and train station.

It was priced right. Budget hotel, very good location.

The property had terrible smell in the corridore to room. Room was little smelly too. The window in the room didn't close properly making the wind noise all night. The staff was curteous and helpful. The breakfast was good.

You pay for being close to the ferry. The rooms aren’t worth the price

Check-in was easy but nobody there before 5 pm so no point being early. Security was good checking staff very helpful and friendly. Place needs a good clean though and does smell of damp. Continental breakfast what you would expect for the price.

Nous y avons passes 2 nuits : la 1ere chambre était plus agreable que la seconde. Il a fallu négocier pour obtenir ce que nous avions commandé a savoir une chambre avec 3 lits simples et non avec lit superposé car un enfant de 3 ans trop petit piur dormir en hauteur. On nous annonce que la chambre 3 lits simples n'existe pas malgré nos photos a l'appui disponibles sur le site hotels.com.on nous explique que les photos correspondent a une chambre familiale mais supérieur en prix ..faute remise sur hotels.com pour "publicité mensongère" ..finalement la 1ere nuit nous finirons par obtenir notre chambre 3 lits simples comme stipulé dans la reservation choisie. Confort sommaire mais cela passait pour le prix payé.. Par contre la deuxième nuit (autre chambre avec lit superposé alors que meme réservation effectuée avec même annonce, bref) pose vraiment question en terme d'hygiène..: salle de bain moisie, odeur de tabac (présence de mégots sur la fenetre et dans celle-ci), poils, poussière.... Ce sont des chambres censées accueillir des enfants qui plus est ....

Parfait

Réceptionniste aimable et attentionné. Lit et serviettes propres. Repeindre les murs et changer les revêtements de sol ne serait pas un luxe. Je n’ai constaté ni bruits nocturnes, ni nuisances.

Tres basic, chambre tres simple, quoi que assez propre, l'hotel est en fin de vie, mais l'emplacement est assez interessant et l'acceuil sympatique, N.B. le parking est payant !!!

Gutes, günstiges Hotel. Preis fair, Frühstück gut und abwechslungsreich. Zustand ein bisschen abgenutzt, aber sehr sauber und gepflegt. Bewachte, in der Nacht verschlossenener Parkplatz, ohne Zusatzkosten.
