The location of the hotel is excellent. There are many restaurants and rent car company around the hotel and can be easily access to the fortress. Also the breakfast was very good and the most of all the view from the restaurant was fascinating. But the room was very small and was not cleaned properly. Dusts and hairs were found on the floor and shower booth. Mattress was very hard so my back hurt and room was very cold..

바다 뷰 라고 해서 선택한 방인데, 중간에 도로가 있고 나무가 가려 절대 바다 뷰 아님. 오히려 중간에 있는 도로에서 차소리가 시끄러워 잠을 못 잠. 방음이 전혀 안됨. 차도 옆에서 자는 것 같음. 립셉션 직원들은 하나같이 귀찮아하고 무뚝뚝함. 절대 이 호텔을 예약하지 마세요. 가격은 너무 비쌈

직원들이 매우 친절하고 위치도 괜찮아요. 하지만 난방시설은 문제가 있습니다. 에어컨으로 난방을 하는데 사용자가 컨트롤할 수 없게 되어있습니다. 리모컨을 아무리 눌러도 미동도 안해요. 낮에도 바람이 많이불어서 정말 추웠는데 온도조절이 안되어 추웠어요. 새벽부터는 내 의지와 상관없이 계속 작동해서 아침에야 따뜻해졌습니다. 너무 추워서 샤워도 못하고 다음날 다른 호텔로 이동해서 씻을 수 있었어요.

이라클리오 항구에서 산토리니 가려고 묵었습니다 걸어서 항구까지 15분 정도면 가구요 방 창문에서는 바로 옆 건물 보여서 커텐치고 있었지만 조식 먹는 식당 뷰가 넘 좋았습니다 가격대비 적절한 호텔입니다~~ 뜨거운 물 잘 나오고 와이파이 잘 됩니다

It's very near the port & city center. I can walk by 3~5 minuites from the port, and 10 minuites from city center. the room was clean, air conditioner also good. most of all, the breakfast buffe was wonderful. there's not many kind of food but every single one is delicious. It's the best hotel during my all trip in Greece

Hotel liegt schön zum Hafen hin. Unser Zimmer lag im ersten Stock, so dass der Meerblick sehr eingeschränkt war. Dafür toller Blick auf den Hafen vom Frühstücksraum im 6. Stock. Fluglärm war deutlich zu hören.

very good location, close to everything by walking few minutes, room was comfortable and shower was great. staff were very nice and informative. we really had a great time. Breakfast was good. I definitely will stay again.

Do not stay here. Despite the great location, it is clear management simply does not care about the state of this hotel. Our room was too small for four people, the AC was broken, and constant street and plane noise made it impossible to open the windows (which blocked out most but not all of the noise). On top of that, the staff dropped off a baby crib without mattress or sheets. Furthermore, the barely functioning soap dispensers, the way too short shower curtain, and the fridge that was frozen over with ice made the owners’ overall apathy towards their property obvious. They clearly haven’t stepped into their own rooms in years. I recommend you follow their lead. Breakfast was good.

Very well sited for all places of interest. Our room had a wonderful view over the harbour and Venetian fortress.

Located close to the port and an easy walk to the seajet ferry. If you have a budget or avis car rental, the return location is right next to the seajet departure point. Staff was very helpful and professional. Great view from the rooftop dining room. Breakfast was good with lots of options and it opens at 6:30 so that you can eat before taking the ferry. The market area and restaurants are an easy walk. Rates are very reasonable. If you have a car and want to park near the hotel you will find that difficult.

We enjoyed our stay. Walking distance from Marina port and bus station.

Staff was excellent and helpful. Breakfast was great. Shower was slightly dirty. Air conditioning didn’t work so it was very very hot. Hotel is in a great area and easily walkable to everything around

Room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning (AC) did not work so the room was too hot to have a good sleep. Went to front desk twice and they “reprogrammed” the remote and told me to be patient with the AC. I was patient until the morning and the AC still didn’t work.

Perfect stay for an overnight close to our ferry ride. Hotel staff was superb in getting us into our room early and though the room was small it was conveniently located to walking to shopping/supermarkets/ports and attractions. The rooftop breakfast was exceptional for a smaller hotel and we are so grateful we were able to take advantage of it. The only complaint at all is that it can be difficult to find parking nearby. We would completely recommend staying here if you need to get to the airport/port quickly. It’s a 3/10 mile walk down a steep hill but us seniors were able to handle it.

朝ごはんはおいしかったし見晴らしの良い明るい部屋だった。客室の設備は少し古い。ほこりっぽかったのは季節のせいかもしれません。
