A soulless hotel, a cold room at the bottom of the corridor with a freezing cold draft coming under the doorway where I had to use towels to stop the draught. Breakfast - scrambled egg overcooked or should I microwaved. Just very poor for the price of a room. Only positive friendly staff.

Limited menu on breakfast a lot of the ingredients weren't available and was gonna be charged extra for things that should be just given anyway. Service was bad.

Another lovely stay at this hotel,all the staff are friendly and approachable.

The only thing that i was displeased with that there was no fridge in the room i booked a privilege room specifically for this.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were very spacious, grounds were lovely. We stayed after shopping at lakeside and the night before visiting the Excel so convenient. Would highly recommend.

A lovely few nights stay. Second time coming here recently. Staff are absolutely amazing, nothing is too much and so friendly. Our room was lovely, air con was bliss. Breakfast is so good, has a fab selection for everyone.

No body wash. Empty. No extractor fan working in bathroom.

Great place to stay, excellent customer service. Staff very helpful and friendly, very good breakfast included. Used to stay in a well know Inn but prices kept going up and parking got expensive. Wished we had known about this place before, ideal for our trips to London, thanks to everyone working there.
