빌리지와 가깝고 방도 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절했어요

호텔 위치 아주 좋고, 프론트의 직원들 매우 친절하고, 아침/저녁으로 간식 및 음료도 있어서 좋았음. 하지만, 객실의 청소가 아주 많이 불량했음. The worst cleaning service, which I have ever experienced. 또한, 호텔 1층에 스포츠 바가 있어서, 소음이 많았던 것도 안좋았음.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful! Good location to the chairlift.

The room, staff and cleanliness were good but could not sleep until after 2:30am as the base from buffalo bills fills up the room and folks outside the bar being loud. Great if you are in Whistler for the bar scene otherwise I would not recommend it.

Super cute room! Loved the fireplace and bed. Loved all the gentle ambient lighting. Do wish there was a bit more light at moments. Would not have been enough to work from.

Room is clean, staff is helpful and nice.

Property is quite run down and in need of a proper upgrade. It is not well maintained as many areas were unkept and dirty/messy. The service is fine, but informal and lacking. I am not quite sure if it is a 3 star hotel.

Visited Whistler and easy to find an accommodation is ADARA what I have been looked for and not very pricey to stay

First time staying at Adara. It’s not fancy, but our room was very comfortable and clean: warm lighting (not super bright), fake electric fireplace (cozy ambiance), “wood” veneer surfaces (def not high-end but consistent aesthetic throughout the unit). Ample storage hooks and drawers. One important thing to note: parking appears to be quite limited. It’s also a bit awkward getting in because the front desk needs to open the garage door remotely for you, requiring a stop inside to let them know you need entry. The location is excellent, though.

My stay here was perfect.

The front desk service was very poor. The staff appeared forced to work and unwelcoming. I’ve visited Whistler many times and stayed at hotels such as Pinnacle, Summit, Listel etc, and this was by far my worst experience. While the room was clean and comfortable, the overall experience was disappointing. The restaurant staff was helpful and nice. A small observation with the TV. Is too small for the distance from the bed.
