Otel temiz ve büyüklük olarak oldukça yeterli.Fakat odada yatak olan koltuk çok rahatsız.Gece uyumak imkansız.

Everything is excellent

Beds weren’t very comfortable. Floor of shower looked very dirty and we felt the need to use flip flops in there. Pool looked discoloured.

Great

Air conditioner can be improved as it was not getting warm felt cold always in the room especially during winter it’s difficult without out heating. Night light were not working. There were no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Very underwhelming

Checked in at 7pm, no attendant at counter for 20 minutes and no phone or bell at counter to request help. Stuck waiting with 2 kids at their bed time. The first room we got had a smoke detector going off with low batteries 12 ft up and no night staff to deal with it. Had to repack everything and go back to the lobby for a new room. Ants everywhere, woke up with ants on us. Pull out couch is awful. Breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts we've had. Even though we specifically requested no housekeeping, they let themselves in and woke up our napping 6 month old. Our family in another room had no hot water in the shower. Overall, terrible and stressful 2 day stay.

The hotel desperately needs renovation. Looks like the shower has never been upgraded/renovated. Carpets in the hallway are old and do not look very clean. Breakfast was questionable All in all, quite disappointing, definitely not be staying there again

Staff were excellent and the accommodations were clean and comfortable

Convenient, off QEW. Local shops and restaurant. Evening meal and breakfast complemented.

Nice rooms

Verry nice hotel could use a little update but overral i enjoy the stay recomended

Run down, not the cleanest, plumbing was slow and clogged, blood stain on the shower curtain.

The suite was a good size. There was a hot breakfast every morning and a complimentary evening meal on the Wednesday evening.

Hotel is average but overall shows age and wearing. Gym room is too small and not equipped with enough machines. Staffs is friendly but not knowledgable.

The stay was as expected as we had stayed here summer of 2023. Breakfast was top notch. Dining area was very nice. Patio area fine as well. The only concern was heating of pool. Not as expected.
