전체 평가 및 리뷰 Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley at East Palo Alto

It was good, but it was a little lacking to be considered a 5 star. After 30 minutes of check-in, the housekeeping lady suddenly opened the door and came in askeing if she wanted to clean it. And the new staff at the front desk was friendly, but the staff who looked like her boss all looked boring.

very comfy, enthusiastic staffs, all rooms are SD style!! spacious, superior room is big enough for two!!

Very comfortable stay (was there for business).

Hotel and service is amazing but I didn't like he showers in the bathroom was very old style and kind of non functional. But other than that Hotel is good.

Staff were very professional and courteous. The beds are soooooo comfortable!!

Arrived quarter after check in time and the room was not ready so they put a rush to get it ready. Check in staff was awesome, they were apologetic and accommodated our wait with refreshments. The room smelled like old carpet cloaked in floral scented fabreze or some sort of air freshener since it was just cleaned. We almost asked for another room. We turned up the heater temperature, made coffee and peeled tangerines to change the smell and it worked so we didn’t have to ask for a different room. Room was comfortable and quiet overlooking the freeway traffic from the sixth floor. Room service food and staff were great!

Very convenient location. Excellent services except for the Quattro restaurant. The food was very good but the service let a little to be desired.
