Hotel was clean, and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. would stay here again.

Convenient location off highway with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Staff were very welcoming and gracious, especially Jo at check-in and Anetra at check-out. They embodied the meaning of hospitality. Hotel is clean and well kept. Large room and comfortable bed, with clean linen and towels. Would definitely stay here again.

It was clean and lobby was nice. I've stayed at a neighboring hotel and this was a much nicer option.

I will never stay at this location again. I would rather sleep in my car.

Breakfast was abysmal. The eggs were overcooked. The sausage was incinerated. The tomatoes were awful. Will never eat at property again.

a little maintenance in room 209 is needed. the sink faucet leaks when the cold water is running and some all paper in the bathroom is pealing.

I would have preferred liquid creamer in the room rather than the powdered creamer. I appreciated how quiet the room was. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly.

We stay here many times always a nice experience. The nice lady who made our breakfast burrito is very sweet and our breakfast burrito was yummy!

Very nice lady at check in desk. Everything in working order. Room was very comfortable. Extra blankets in closet just in case.

The Courtyard in West Orange is a convenient, well cared for and appointed place to stay. My Only frustration was the lack of (reasonable) food options. i.e., An early-morning, grab and go banana at most hotels would be from a bowl at the registration counter - on the house. Here, it was $2. That felt not only unnecessary, but inhospitable.
