전체 평가 및 리뷰 Comfort Inn & Suites Ponca City near Marland Mansion

The room wasn’t as clean as the rest of property. There was food on the furniture and a red smear of something on the wall. I had to clean it up with the Clorox wipes I carry with me. The main lobby, pool, and breakfast dining area were very clean. So we were surprised that our room did not match.

Quick trip for a family funeral. Convenient to local shopping and restaurants.

We stayed in a King with sofa bed. When we called to the front desk for sheets for the sofa bed and 2 extra towels, they said we would have to go all the way downstairs and get them. Room seemed pretty clean but we seen roaches coming from the refrigerator. Beds are way too firm for any of my families liking.

Was nice and clean wish they would have put the large group with kids downstairs due to running and things but overall it was. Nice stay

It was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Our room was fine. The hallways and stairways were not very clean disappointed that the workout facility was not open until 9 AM.

Television had some issues and we only had one package of regular coffee! But it was clean!

Comfortable place to stay friendly front desk.

Dated hotel with less than friendly service, they were barely able to provide linens for the pull out bed, no extra pillows, poor lighting and burned out lights. This place definitely showed its age and for a bit of entertainment, we watched the fire department help our neighbor out through the window when the lock failed to open from either side of the door. Lots of broken things and unfriendly staff.

Loved staying here, the only thing I would change is the workers.. nobody greets you with a smile and the morning clerks were rude..

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and well kept. A few items were dated, staff said they were in the process of replacing them. Breakfast was tasty and good. Would definitely stay again.
