Facility is OK. Price seems too high comparing other hotels in Bulgaria. Be careful about the Mini-Bar which is put on the desk, I paid 3BGN which I didn't take. Frontdest is working for Hotel's own hand, NOT for client's,.. I told Frontdest my not taking anything in the minibar, but he didn't accept my opinion. That's the big difference with other western hotels who take client's point first.

Great place to stay.

The price was great, and it was close to the metro and the airport. We were able to travel to the city center relatively easily and had a short drive to the airport after we checked out. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We always use this hotel, not only for its convenience for the airport, ( it is only 5 stops on the meteo from the airport), but because of the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, who simply can't do enough for you. This time, we also used their long term parking facilities, which were very competitive, compared to the regular off-site airport carparks .

Clean, spacious, comfortable and convenient.

If there are no windows to open, please insert air from outside, you know, like the big ones do. I hope they are not saving from electric bill, not having the air insertion and filtering, I couldn't breath in the room, I couldn't fall asleep, then I felt more tired after "sleeping", what is wrong with them, even the bathroom had mold due to stale air

A warm welcome, despite arriving at just before midnight.

The lobby was freezing. There is no hotel bar - you have to go and request drinks from the restaurant. And the bedroom walls were very thin, meaning we could hear conversation and laughter from the neighbouring room. And the free airport transfer is TO the hotel, not to the airport.

Pleasant stay, comfortable bed.

Perfectly located close to Sofia Airport and easy access to Metro. Modern and comfortable rooms with views of Vitosha.
