Todo estuvo muy bien

Pague la habitacion por adelantado y aun cuando llegue al hotel no estaba disponible la habitacion y tuve que pagar más por otra. La calidad del hotel pésima No lo recomiendo El ambiente y el lugar no brindan mucha seguridad

Rooms not clean and air conditioning not working properly

Primero el lugar no tenia aire en el area de recepcion, estaba cerradio y caliente, segundo la llave de la puerta tuvieron que resetearla para poder entrar, tercero el colchon estaba con resortes sobresalientes, cuarto las toallas manchadas, el baño muy pequeño y el aire acondicionado estaba seteado a la temperatura de 26grs celcius no se sentia el aire, preferi no experimentar otra area del hotel y me retire temprano, NO LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE

Rooms are outdated but kept clean. If you are just a one to two day stay, this is worth it. Friendly staff, clean place, restaurant and bar also.

El Hotel está bien para lo que cobran, la ubicación es excelente, la piscina excelente con una buena vista, la comida del restaurante es muy rica y a buen precio también, lo único es que le falta mejorar el mantenimiento pero si es muy aseado

No tengo opciones negativas, En cada contratiempo el personal del hotel les dio una solución muy rápida, al cual no tengo quejas, todo es muy positivo Cuando vuelva a Panamá de seguro regreso ahí

Couple of time laugh people was hanging around in the hallway. I have to go to front desk to reset my key room every time I leave and comeback to my room. Sometimes I have to wait if their busy. It's very annoyed not be able to go straight to your room every time you get back to the hotel.

At the Costa Inn hotel in Panama City you will enjoy a great location and be around great amenities. The prices are reasonable for such a location. If this hotel was newer we would be paying top dollars to stay there. The staff is good and helpful if you need anything. Understanding of Spanish language will work wonders for you. So try to learn a little Spanish language before your trip to Panama. I will definitely return and stay at the same hotel.
